Such a wonderful store selling a vast selection of great quality, well priced clothing. The store is always tidy and the clothing well presented. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond to help in any way they can. It is always a pleasure to shop at Crew in Guildford.
Not good quality clothing: I bought a nice looking jumper, but within about three months the cuff has split. I have Primark jumpers that have lasted longer.
Terrible customer service from a man in the store today, I nipped in just to collect an order (with 2 young children in tow) and stood at the desk a good few minutes with him completely ignoring i was there. After about 5mins I said 'Is anyone servicing?' As he seemed to just be unpacking a delivery. He barked that he was serving someone else a good distance away. A polite 'I'm just serving someone but I'll be with you in a minute wouldn't have harmed. Instead he barked at me 'Well, you haven't said anything to me!' When I stated this. I don't think his customer service suits the good quality products and certainly doesn't match up to the lovely ladies who served me previously in the store.
Great selection of clothing and just wonderful customer service. Nothing is too much to ask. Hats off to Chris who helped my husband and I, on a very busy bank holiday Monday. Staff are willing to go the extra mile for customers. Would highly recommend the clothing and this store.

You can't beat a combination of well made products (that are true to size - Barbour please take note) and exemplary customer service. When the high street is doing so badly it is factors like this which differentiate the good shops from those that just don't get it and don't deserve to survive. Certain other clothing stores in Guildford should take note - you are not in the same customer service league as the crew at Crew.
