   Bought an suit through Debenhams who use AD Retail. I had purchased the items and had one items size sent incorrectly. I then had arranged a refund early January. I have yet to be refunded. I have raised this with Debenhams and receive the same answer stating that the suppliers request the second suit as they don’t believe me. This has been mentioned over and over due to them in which ultimately means they refuse to refund me. They now hold items which I’ve paid £245 and won’t refund me for a mistake they have made! I have sent proof of the incorrect size as well but yet to no surprise they still accuse me of lying. Absolute scam artists who don’t care for their clientele. I would never do business with thieves such as them.
