   Good responsive service from the lady at the till and the mechanic when I went to get my bulbs fitted and get the tyre pressure checked. It would’ve been helpful if they could’ve made the appointment slightly more accessible not having to go back into the store from where the bulbs were fitted just to accommodate disabilities but overall a pleasant experience

   I arrived late this evening after having my van jumped started by the breakdown service. Within 45 mins I had been seen and had the battery checked and replaced and I was on my way home. Brilliant local service enabling me to work again tomorrow as I need my van for work. The guys at Halfords were really lovely, friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you!!

   This bike rack is great, but it was very time consuming and complicated to fit, so we were very glad we paid to have a Halfords expert fitter do it for us. Please thank fitter Mash (at Halfords, Oldbury) for all his time and care. He did a fabulous job, and we really appreciated it. Five stars for service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Called into Halfords store in Oldbury this afternoon. I purchased a magnetic vent mount phone holder. I was served by a nice young man named Conor. I was not sure what to buy, this young man was very helpful in finding the best one that fitted in my car. Which I was very happy with, even thou Conor was very busy with other customers. He still found time to come and fit it in my car for me. Conor was very helpful young man with a lovely personality. I would definitely recommend going there to purchase what you need thank you for your kindness which was very much appreciated
