Very helpful staff. Checked I had ordered the correct item online and sorted out a few more parts I needed.
All good apart from the parts I ordered and went to collect where not there. The staff are good and arranged to deliver them to.me instead .
Very good Service. I reached there by 5:57 PM, the closing time was 6 PM. They were about to close. I wanted to buy Rubber Bushes and Headlight Bulbs, the former was not available and they kept the order for me and told me to collect on the very next day morning. Thank you for spending extra time for me for ordering the parts of Nissan Micra. Truely Professional, 5 star for the service and promptness.
Called in to collect some glass cleaner I ordered online while I was there I needed some stop/tail light bulbs for my sons car I took the rear light & bulb with me to be told by a female member of staff they don’t do this particular bulb I went to another independent car spares shop & straight away they had the correct one. After checking they are available so I suggest you give your staff more training as I won’t be using you again

Sorry but you guys deserve a 1 star .... on the phone you say one thing and when we turn up you sell us the more expensive one.. This was the reason why I stopped using this place and assure you I won't be using you guys again... I got a quote for brake pads on the phone which where at a reasonable price.. I went to the store and ended up buying pads at double the price quoted and got told that they were the cheapest ... I didn't want to make a scene or look foolish as there was a few people in the store ... so again yoy have lost me as a customer again as the store personnel end up telling us lies and sold me the more expensive range.... my mistake was not leaving my reg to reserve I agree on that but the person on the phone told me that they had plenty in stock.. so again lost me as a customer again.. Being a driver you would thunk these places look after you ... but all they look at is bonuses and how to empty our pockets too fill their own... Be loyal to customers and the customer will be loyal to you ... unfortunately this is not the case here...
I cannot speak highly enough about the chap that helped me this evening. Called half an hour before they closed to check stock on a fan belt after mine had snapped. My intention was to ask them to leave outside if I pay over the phone and I'll get a taxi over. Oh no the gent that served me wouldn't have any of this and went out of his way to drive 6 miles at rush hour to deliver it to me when he should be heading home. He even stayed with me to ensure it was the correct part before leaving me. Honestly way above expectations there, well done
2 visits to this retailer this week, unfortunately. One young man was friendly and efficient, cannot say the same about others there. The "trade counter" is laughable and if staff hate their job as much as they appear to, perhaps they should consider seeking employment elsewhere. After all, it us customers that pay their wages, so some courtesy could afforded to us.
Good service/ refreshing attitude by lady on desk at Brierley Hill today. She was nice, efficient and attentive. Very good and efficient service from her at 15.13hrs. David Wall
