    The older, blonde staff member is extremely rude. Not on one occasion, this is the 4th time I’ve experienced her poor attitude over the year. She’s in the wrong job, never smiles, cutting with her words and makes you feel so uncomfortable you simply have to walk away. I work in face to face customer service too and even if you don’t positive news, you show you care, look for solutions, smile, have positive body language. This member of staff should look at a non customer facing role.

    Me and my friend visited this store Tuesday (Halloween night) spoke to a lovely girl who worked there and was really helpful, lovely clean shop and not uncomfortable to shop in like the broughton one with no aircon. Definitely visiting again in the future.

    Well what can I say, went in there today and the lady on the till was busy on her phone, then when she decided to serve me was most rude, so disappointed as the staff at New Look, Broughton Retail Park are so helpful, will not visit the Wrexham store again.

    Not a bad selection for the blokes, but mainly aimed at the girls. Staff are friendly and helpful. Changing rooms could do with a spruce up as the coat hooks are hanging off the wall. Usually some good stuff on the sale racks. Stuff in general is fairly priced. Only went in to look at the jackets. Came out with two, and a t-shirt, and a jumper for the wife.
