   I visited Primark in the Pavilions last weekend to look for a few wardrobe staples. The store is really spacious and I found the layout easy to browse, which made picking outfits quick and stress-free. The staff on the floor were friendly and helpful when I asked about sizes. Fitting rooms were reasonably clean and the tills moved quickly. Prices were exactly what I expected for Primark — great value for basic pieces. I picked up a few shirts and a throw which all felt good quality for the price. I’d recommend going early on weekends to avoid the busiest times. Overall a solid high-street shopping experience in Uxbridge.

   I went into primark uxbridge and needed some help. I asked a lady for a particular type of flared leggings, which she showed me too and said that she had put some out yesterday and there were only 2 left. They only had a M/L size left and i needed S/M for my daughter. The lady her name was NILO, was soo helpful and said im sure there was 1 small pair without a tag in the stockroom, if you can wait i will have a look for you. I was so grateful when she came back with them, and feel that her customer service was soo good it deserved a mention, so thankyou to NILO for making my daughter happy.

   This is a very large Primark. It spans two floors and has a massive range of products. As a guy, I can only spend so much time here. I am normally waiting for my partner, which allows me to browse the menswear. Also, there are interesting products around the till. Turns out the changing rooms are only downstairs!

   Waited over 20 minutes in a queue to do a return. You can’t close all the staffed tills AND install a badly designed self service system and expect a shop to work

   I visited first time with my friends today i ask one of the security officer he’s on back door . I wanna go to high street so i asked me and he was soo rude with me and my friends also he was on the mobile phone while talking to me . So from one of the colleague i asked his name and his name is Pankaj. He also said me that he doesn’t care about the complaints.

   Really rude lady in the fit room. I can’t go with my boyfriend to check if the clothes suit him. But last few times I went with him because she let me. She even can’t explain the reason why I can’t go with him. Or do you think I can steal all this clothes costs for £5. Ridiculous and this is my last visit in this store.

   Very cosy shop if this can be said about Primark. Staff are always happy to help and advise. When the que is long to the check out casheers always apologise for the delay. Clean and well stock up

   Nice and lovely affordable fashion and clothing shop. As far as I am concerned I find it a bit small but never too crowded; which is good of course! But may be disappointing when you don't find what you're looking for! Eg: Men Suits are not available in this shop. There's no way you can find one here!

   Card payment didn't work. Swiped again still didn't work. Cashier couldn't get system to clear n called 4 backup. He couldn't help. Called 4 help. No answer. He helped someone else instead. I gave up. Handed everything back took my card and walked out. Nobody stopped me!
