   Always find the quality of drinks at this branch lacking. The exact same order in Sheffield is so much better. Price is also becoming wildly expensive. Which just makes the experience even more frustrating. When you can get a coffee £2 cheaper half a mile away that's always consistent, it doesn't make much sense to come back

   I wanted a small glass of milk for my kid. They were charged £2.10. Normally Costa gives it sometimes for free or sometimes for £0.65. Even with the sun, it's very dark inside. Badly designed.

   Strange use of the loyalty app. They have to do a workaround whereby they scan item twice and it shows that you have paid double on your receipt. Basically told to just ignore it by staff as its internal workings of their company however producing receipts to the public that are not showing correct payments is illegal and those claiming expenses could potentially be committing fraud. The world is bigger than Starbucks and has consequences!

   Asked for a strong coffee, it was basically water and zero flavour of the coffee blend. The staff were really nice so I felt bad for them, however the person before me complained their coffee was cold. Will not be going back, and honestly go elsewhere

   Came here for a magic bag. Basically its items they probably throw away but they kindly give it away for a cheaper price. So the magic bag i paid for was £5 but you get £15 worth of stuff. Cakes sandwiches etc. This magic bag definitely didnt have £15 worth of food in it. Shocking.

   Fithy. This place would be considered as horrbile in normal circumstances, but looking what is happening there during covid is unacceptable. They don't clean yet, everything should be strelised after each customer. Many people goes in, goes out, so the barista has a lot of work, however it doesn't mean that he has to do horrible job. In rush, he was pouring milk to my latte too fast causing it foam. When the foam quickly dropped i just had 3/4 of my cup. So basicly I paid for medium, and got small. Do not recommend this place at all.
