   Come here every week - clean interior, lovely staff and always quick service. Best Starbucks around Worksop and surrounding areas - everytime I’ve been to another Starbucks in the UK, it’s never been as good as this one

   Good Morning I thought I'd treat myself to a Starbucks this morning ( not a good Morning so far) the Lady who served me was absolutely lovely, when I collected my coffee at the end of the counter she'd written " have a lovely day" I nearly cried it was just what I needed to re work my attitude for the day.    My father in law was in hospital and had been unable to eat for a few days, when he told us he fancied a bacon sandwich we raced to pick one up from Starbucks. The lady who served us was so kind, she even put a few naughty treats in the bag for him. That kind of kindness is so appreciated. Starbucks has always been my favorite coffee go to and on this occasion they went above and beyond. Thankyou

   Would give a 100/10 for service. Matt, Sam and team go above and beyond. Matt is probably the kindest guy you'll ever meet, fantastic customer service which now means I travel to this Starbucks (albeit fairly regularly), rather than the one down the bypass, which is closer to home. What a fantastic team, a real credit to Starbucks.

   Great service always with a smile. One of the most hospitable group of staff you could wish to meet. As you would expect can be a little busy and noisy at times but which cafe isn't. Haven't seen Matt for some weeks. Hope he hasn't left. However, that's not to take anything away from the other staff members, as they are a pleasure to be served by.

   Only popped into Sainsbury’s for some new bedding but when I noticed the Starbucks I couldn’t resist. Visited on the 13/02 and then again on the 14/02. Drinks were spot on and staff on both occasions were nothing but fab!! Can’t remember the name of the two lovely ladies on the 13th but do remember Matt who served us on the 14th. Thank you all for your hospitality ☺️

   I came here around 1/1.30pm on 26/11/22 as I was passing time until check in over at the premier inn across the road. The guy serving was brilliant! So kind, bubbly and chatted to all the customers he was serving. When no customers were waiting he asked me how my caramel macchiato drink was, and I said it was really nice. He said how he feels he puts a lot of love into the drinks and I said you could definitely taste the difference! Really nice guy, and cheered me up after my journey travelling over to worksop. It was clear that nothing was too much trouble as he helped a couple who sat opposite me, and another older couple he helped take their food over to the table for them. Lovely drink, lovely staff all round, I hope they get recognised for their brilliant customer service skills!

   Love this place ! Been several times now and all a great experience. I visited last night with my friend lydia and the staff members , Matt and Sam could not have been more friendly and helpful. They even brought the drinks to the table on one occasion. These guys are a credit to the company, always happy and cheerful . We all need a bit of this ,during these difficult times at the moment .    I ordered some merchandise online, and when I went to collect them they had sold out by popular demand. Sam couldn’t have been more accommodating, offering a complimentary drink and snack for the inconvenience. She then made some calls and arranged for the products from another store to be dropped off the next day, as I was happy to wait. A couple of hours after leaving the store, I received a phone call from Sam stating that the products had arrived in store. Upon collecting I discovered that a very kind manager had been and collected the products on her day off, and brought them to store for me. Above and beyond customer service and genuinely lovely people. The coffee and cakes weren’t half bad either!
