   Fantastic service through and through. We received a friendly greeting from a nice blonde lady, and she quickly asked if we were looking for anything specific. She showed us a few options for coats and then suggested an alternative in another part of the store when the first selection wasn't quite what I was looking for. At this point we were assisted by a very nice gentleman who showed us a new selection of coats. The coats were amazing and fit like a dream. Price wise, they certainly weren't the cheapest. However, I would argue that the quality of service and product, speak for themselves. I really do want to give credit for the quality of service I received here. Everyone was great, but the gentleman in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was polite, friendly and gave good advice. I must say, whilst I am perfectly able bodied and certainly don't need assistance putting a coat on, it was very much appreciated and turned a "quick look" in BOSS into a whole shopping experience. I didn't purchase the item then and there as sadly they didn't have the colour I liked in stock yet. They directed me to the website to complete my purchase, but frankly, I'll make the 45 minute trip back to purchase this item in store when it's in stock. Which says something when there's another branch 20 minutes from me. 10/10

   I bought a jacket from this store. It required an alteration and the Taylor across the road was called. We arranged for the jacket to be ready three days later, for me to pick up. The jacket wasn't ready on the day. Whilst I was waiting, the Taylor was called and clearly jacket had not been processed. In the end I had to suggest the jacket should be sent to my home address. Luckily I checked the address that had been taken down, which despite me spelling out the names was wrong. No apologies at any time. The delivery which was promised the following day, arrived five days later in a ripped up bag with the jacket wrinkled which to be re-pressed. A very disappointing experience.

Sonia, (I hope I have spelt her name correctly) is an exceptional member of there staff, friendly, kind and a real assist to there team.    I came in to complete my wedding suit today. Was served by a lovely lady (I wish I knew her name!) who helped me to find the right missing pieces to my suit. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She took the necessary time to guide me through and I never felt rushed or anything. I wish I could shop in this store more often and not just for occasions.
