I have had two separate occasions where Van-Tech have helped me with issues related to my DRL headlights - even though I didn't purchase the lights from them myself (they came with the van). Despite that, they were more than happy to assist. The team was polite, informative and generous with their time and expertise. I'll definitely be going back to them for future purchases and repairs. Highly recommended!
Amazing guys, I brought some side and roof bars off Ebay and found a missing nut, went back to van tech and explained it had been a while since purchase. Gent gave me missing item. Offered money over and gentlemen over the counter would not take.
Purchased 2500k worth of t5 1 facelift and the fitting is shocking, was told the bumper was a floating bumper whatever that means, bonnet doesn't line up, glue hasn't set properly so pieces keep coming lose, also colour match is terrible.. then was told need to leave it with them for 3 days to sort
Ordered a t5.1 facelift kit for my van. Came within a week or so of ordering it as to be expected for a large pallet! Arrived very well packed and excellent quality parts used. Simple installation. Plug and play headlights are amazing. Well worth spending the money on. The team were very helpful in assisting me with creating a styling package, top job!
Went to van tech today after purchasing a vw t5. The bloke at the counter was more than helpful. He was very polite and friendly on arrival will definitely be returning. The bonnet bra fita perfectly and the black badge makes a massive difference
Great service and great work. Literally transformed my panel van to my dream van! Was skeptical at first as I thought it was too cheap of a quote, but Adam reassured me and let me inspect the parts before fitment, and I can't fault the quality! I thought it would cost me ££££££ but I was pleasantly suprised. Thanks guys and thankyou for exceeding my expectations.
Spent £360 & happy with 2 out of the 3 items i purchased. Also happy with the delivery etc but very unhappy with LED rear clusters. 1 locating lug broke on installation because its cheap thin plastic (im a time served mechanic & no heavy handed idiot), plus they don't fit the contour of the barn doors & both bottom corners have now snapped off. Want me to remove them, send them back & they are still sure they won't be replaced or refunded, so just won't be spending any more money with them.
Purchased Roof Rails and Side Bars for my T6.1. Delivered quickly, however two of the Allen bolts cross threaded upon installation, replaced all 6 bolts with better tensile quality. Side Bars when unpacked were missing a channel fixing. Despite 2 days of trying to contact via the phone number which is constantly engaged - no one replied to my email after 3 working days either. Will never purchase from this supplier again.
