Went today to get my son school pumps, one woman was very rude, giving orders to my 3 year old and getting irritated as he didn’t know what she was going on about. My son looked terrified. Not helpful in the slightest either, felt like she just wanted us to hurry up and get out. Wants to sort out her customer service skills - will never return. Disgraceful
The lady who served me couldn’t have been any more helpful. Brilliant member of staff (didn’t catch her name but I’m sure she was Scottish)
Took our 2 teenage girls in at 15 minutes past 5 this afternoon for them to chose & buy a pair of school shoes each..assistant advised she'd only have time to attend to 1 of the girl's... we left empty handed rather than toss a coin to prioritise which sister could have new shoes & which 1 couldn't..
Went in to ask about shoes for our baby. Her feet were measured. I asked for numerous styles and was told no we don’t have that size for each style. No offer to order them in / see if they can order online. So we just turned around and walked out. Will try elsewhere
Normally good. Took my boys in. Was able to just buy 1 pair of shoes. But hardly any stock, so advised to take my oldest to a different shop
Great Customer service, was a little taken back when I was advised that they didn't expect "Blue light" or NHS discounts, on non adult purchases, surely to god Clarks would gain more customers if they offered this discount ? I've just purchased my god son's 1st ever pair of pre shoes and I'm expecting to buy his 2nd pair within only 6 weeks, im bound to purchase from a cheaper chain if possible
A joke. Waited over 10 minutes to be served whilst 2 staff just walked around with pieces of paper in their hands. Both were staring at me and proceeded to answer the phone while I was just stood there. In the end I walked out
Went there in August to get my little girls feet measured before buying her shoes to start school and they were brill until I went two other Clark’s shops who measured her a completely different size to the WIDNES one, Warrington and Cheshire oaks measurements were the same! I always get her double checked before buying
