Ordered a Performance Air Intake kit for my Golf on the 30th of April. There were 3 missing parts in the order. On the 9th of July (9 weeks after order) I am still waiting on 2 of the missing parts to be supplied. There is no UK customer service number, emailing is the only way to contact them and they barely reply. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and they still won't provide an ETA for delivery of the missing parts. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a product over 6 weeks ago, with no mention of delays when ordering. Then find out that they are moving warehouse and have nothing in place to keep customers updated or to give accurate information. I tried to contact the UK branch with ZERO response. I then contacted Mishimoto US... They might as well not have responded as all they told me was that they were moving warehouse and didn't know anything else. How can you run a global company and not even know what your MAIN EU distribution hub is doing? I then took to social media simply commenting on their Instagram posts after their support would offer no help. All I commented was "When I receive my order that I placed over 5 weeks ago". And instead of dealing with this issue professionally they first deleted my comment, I then put the same comment on their post AGAIN, and they blocked me! I've cancelled my order as I don't think such a poorly managed business should be supported. By the looks of it, I'm not the only one with this issue. STEER CLEAR!

Dreadful customer service. Parts on back order for 5 weeks so offered a refund, nearly three weeks go by with nothing refunded despite saying they’d done this three times. Eventually have escalate a dispute to PayPal to get my money back.

I was gifted a Mishimoto performance aluminium radiator and my engine is now noticeably running at a lower temperature for longer especially on hot days when driving enthusiastically. This has made a massive difference and I couldn’t be happier. The radiator also looks quality and has a really nice finish to it.
