The guys at Khans were amazing in their service and had the adjustments done without hassle. The sherwani came amazing in my photos will definitely recommend. Thanks guys

   I wish I could give this place a 0 star review. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I placed my order with these cowboys 8 weeks before my wedding. They advised to come and collect on the last week of May. When I booked an appointment to collect my suit, they told me I was a liar? And that nobody had advised me to collect my suit. I then returned the next day to collect my suit, and when I got home, the suit was so cheap. The fabric, the buttons they used, literally broke apart when I tried to undo them. When I then returned to khans, they told me they would change the buttons on the suit, which I thought was stupid and ridiculous as this wasn’t what I paid for. I refused the suit and told them I want a full refund which they then said they had a “no refund policy”???? Which is ridiculous as what company has a no refund policy after they failed to deliver on their product. Please bear in mind, this was all happening FOUR days before my wedding. Khans collection are full of cowboys who do not understand basic principles in business and in how to treat people with respect. I am glad to say that I did not wear their suit during my wedding and I have torn up their clothes which I fully tend to go and throw back in their face. They are rude, pathetic and incompetent at what they do. How this business has been going on for so long, I truly do not understand. They also are dissolved on companies house so completely invalidates their claims them trying to run a “smart business”. Again, stay well away from this place. However if you enjoy chaos, drama and can deal with stupid people, feel free to shoot there. Me personally; they are not worth my spit. UPDATE 19/08/25: THE REPLY FROM MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT WAS ALSO A LIE. They told me to email them which I did and yet to hear a response. Don’t be fooled by their reviews, this is by far the worst and most crooked company I have ever come across. No sense of respect, empathy or decorum.

   Avoid Mr Khan like the plague. Like others have commented, rude staff, poor customer service and selling overpriced garmets. When trying on a garmet three buttons fell off which they tried to put down to it just being a display outfit. They tried to haggle on price and started become rude and unpleasent. This actually turned out to be a blessing as we where able to get better outfits from another store whilst saving £100 in the process.

   Very tasteful men's clothes shop, very reasonable prices relative to some other shops on the High Street. Mainly geared towards wedding outfits but some very smart clothes that can be worn more generally. Staff helpful and there is a changing room to try on clothes, some well priced sale items

   Very very disappointed when i went to collect my sons sherwani for his wedding after ordering it in April. The sherwani was too big, even though they had measured him, the sleeves were too long, and when i questioned it they said that is how it should be. The colour of the velvet and material was completely different from what we ordered. we had bought from them another sherwani off the shelf and 10 waistcoats, but they were very unhelpful. In the end they made us pay 25 less for the suit we had waited 3 months for, off the shelf and not new. This one was used and still they did not apologise or give any concessions. Awful service, just two days before the wedding!!!

   went in today to buy eid dress for my son. firstly they didnt had the color my son wanted. and when u bought one dress.. it was way priced..£45 for 10 year old clothes.. asked for receipts he said dont worry u can bring it back.. went out and bought another dress which mynson like and it eas his choice color as well..when I can back to khan to return their clothes. his face changed automaticlly and he became so rude. ohh no returns.. once bought. he hasnt written anywhere abt his return policy.. when I asked him why u didnt written it no where he show me recipt where he have written no return. when I ask then why u didnt give me recipt he was quite. coz he save on tax aswell.. bad manner owner... over priced... I will never buy off him again. same stuff can be found outside his shop in half of his prices. shop around is best... the clothes which he sell is cheapest quality aswell..

   Good selection of unique wedding attire for Asian weddings. You ain't get outfits in southall like this shop. Very unique designs that stand out. Good got weddings. And good attire for Asian events. Good service for a tailored fitting. Good service and has good options. Would come again. Price of suits do match the value for what you get.
