The worst H&M I’ve ever been! Sady, I live in Ealing so I have to visit this store time to time and feel unsatisfied each time. First floor is a complete mess, second floor is a bit better. Moody and inattentive stuff is a bonus. A disgrace to H&M brand equity!
My 5 star rating is for Madelina, the store manager at the H&M Ealing branch. She was so wonderful and helpful when i needed assistance with some items I had bought a while back. She really took the time to sort out the issue for me and provided super customer service. Thank you Madelina!
Bought on 18/10, last day to return 15/11 - that’s only 29 days? Extremely disappointed with H&M’s in-store service. I tried to return a full-price item within 30 days, but the manager refused, claiming the last return date was 15/11 - only 29 days including purchase (which most retailers don’t) and return. She would not offer store credit, despite H&M’s terms and conditions allowing it at their discretion, and could not give a definite date for an exchange, only saying “around two weeks.” She repeatedly gave scripted responses, condescending smiles, and nods, showing no empathy. Very frustrating experience.
H&M in Ealing Broadway is an absolute disgrace. I’m extremely frustrated. The staff are terrible: slow, inattentive, and seem to have no idea what they’re doing. Instead of helping, they just stand around looking confused, as if they’ve never seen a customer before. There’s only one till for cash payments in the whole store. And of course, someone was doing a massive return at that very till, while I stood waiting — with no other option to pay in cash. It honestly felt like a joke. The store is a mess: clothes are scattered everywhere, it’s dirty, and there’s no sense of order. No organisation, no customer service, and definitely no respect for shoppers. Customer service is non-existent. I left with nothing but stress and disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend this store to anyone.
Worst H&M. I've always liked shopping in H&M stores, and other than prices and good quality what usually brings me back is how well the stores are organised. However whenever I came to Ealing branch I end up getting frustrated. Baby section feels like a second hand store, there's literally one of each item, all mixed up, so you can't find what you need in size you want and way too many clothes crammed in one rack, makes shopping impossible. And all of it is full price items, I would totally understand this for the discounted racks. Store looks nice when you walk in but whichever area I end up in is always a mess. Avoid!

H&M Ealing is The worst h&m store in the whole UK because of the service there . if there's zero star I will choose it Last week There was an Indian cashier who doesn't want to help us We went for exchange and she feels unhappy to work little bit more . We told her please we wanna exchange she said OK put the items you want to buy , this stu*pid Indian didn't know how to work for exchange she must put the exchange items first and because I had 2 receipts she choose the one with less items to make me pay more than 180£ which is not fair because in the other receipt I had 150£ So I asked her to try with the receipt that has more money she said I couldn't cancel She doesn't want to waste her precious time with doing her job to help customers, I don't know how h&m employ this person And the biggest problem was with the ru*de manager whose name is Gema she said WE DON'T WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS GO TO OTHER H&M STORE these people destroy my day with my family With two kids we stayed an hour and a half to collect what we want then impolite women don't know anything about customer service make our day off is very bad My advice to a big company as H&M not to employ these people because they defame your name
Very bad experience in this bransh The staff there are unhelpful specifically the manager her name Jaema And the girls on the cashier as well . They don't want to work a bit hard to help the clients and no experience at all . I dont recommend anyone to go there.
H&M clothes need to update its range. Basic and Classic fashion should always be available. Couldn't find a decent suit or plain white shirt.
