The Levi’s store staff provided exceptional customer service and professionalism. Despite not knowing what jeans I wanted, I felt overwhelmed with the personal attention and great brand ambassadors!
I would just like to give a positive review and big thank you to a member of the team at Watford Levis. I believe her name was Kempiona. I visited the store on 02/10/25 and purchased a pair 511's and belt at 11:10am. I really appreciated all of her help and advise in finding the right size and cut. Couldn't ask for better customer service, Thank you again.

Amazing amazing amazing …. Olían and mana just can’t put into words the lengths they went to actually provide me with a lengthy and in depth service . Walked out with 5 jeans and 6 patches that olian sewed on . I’m speechless and not to mention I broke my Levi’s virginity so I’m defo e pressed with everything .
Excellent customer service in the Watford store. I attended for the tailoring service and was assisted by Kempiona who was very helpful. It seems like all the staff genuinely care about getting each customer the right pair of jeans!
It's ok but too much stuff, trousers for skinny, must increase the prods

Customer service here is absolutely fantastic, I didn't get their names but whoever was on shift around 3pm 24/11 deserves a promotion. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a cheerful lad who found me exactly what I was looking for and stayed with me through the whole outfitting process. Couldn't recommend this place more.

A little disappointing, a small selection for men and none of the sizes I wanted were in sock. Standard 32/32. The staff were nice, fendly and hopefully in the new year they will have a new selction in stock.
