Came in today and Leah and chardé have been the most welcoming people who have worked here. Gave me the best advice and the most kind hearted people. Need to defiantly come here more! Thank you to you both! Best service I have ever received
Christmas has definitely 'cum' early this year at Ann Summers in Watford! I went with a friend this weekend and we were both served by the incredible Luci who was so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, she really went above and beyond and no ask was too much! It's a shame the same couldn't be said for her colleagues, one ignored us except when we wanted to pay and another named Sharde shouted at us and got in our faces for having too many things to try on! Not a very good way to treat your regular customers... The products and Luci's service made up for it though and we both left feeling festive and flirty, if not a tad frustrated with some of the staff.
Came in today with my friend to find her a bra and Louise was so amazing with her and found her her correct bra size. We also decided I was wearing the wrong bra size and Louise was happy to help me as well. She made us feel comfortable and safe and really made our experience there!! Even though I didn’t manage to find my size she was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction :) Thank you Louise !! Xx
Lucinda was very friendly and greated me on entry. She offered lots of help and advice and went out of her way to find me the right sizes I needed. Excellent customer service and made me feel very comfortable. The other ladies at the till were also very helpful with sizing advice and had a very friendly manner. Thank you girls for a lovely experience , I’ll be back soon
