   Honestly would give it 0 stars if possible. Staff are incredibly rude and have a horrible attitude. Absolutely no manners and I am appalled. I can confirm I will not be returning. This wasn't just with us but also other customers who just wanted the table cleaning. We ordered 2 coffees and the cups came dirty so haven't been washed properly. To top this all off, when we went to pay they took our card without saying how much it is instead of telling us and us tapping the card. Disappointing.

   Myself and my Dad visit at least once/twice a month and have always been extremely satisfied. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to accommodate my fussy order choices. The food is always piping hot, served promptly and delicious. The cafe is conveniently located and has a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

   Absolutely lovely cafe! The food is really good, everything was freshly cooked and tasted good! The caramel latte was far superior than the other coffee shops I've tried in the area. Staff are absolutely lovely too. (:

   I was with someone and we ordered separately. I ordered about 4 people after the person I was with. Mine came and I had eaten mine whilst his hadn't come out despite me seeing orders after his being served. When I dared to start to ask where his order was I was spoken over to be told they were very busy. I explained the situation to which I was told there was no order and was i sure I had actually paid for it. I was made to feel like I was trying to rob him of 3.75! We had a receipt which he agreed he wanted to see it after I offered it. He then said they had forgotten about it! Whilst we were waiting he cleared a table behind me and said things always go wrong when I'm not here.....berating his own staff! And then said if we didn't have it in 10 minutes to let him know!!!! We'd been waiting over 20 minutes already.

   Got a pot of tea and a beans a cheese toastie. Was the best tea and tostie I've had in a very long time and the service was also very good. It was my first time here and I'll definitely be coming again. Good atmosphere as well.

   Not sure 1 star is applicable. The store is clean as with most places, during busy periods it would be normal to be messy. Very pricey for the food they are offering as so much of it can be purchased cheaper in other F&B resturantes near by. Drinks are standard. Staff are very limited in their knowledge too and only cater to small amount of public as not able to cater to everyone, this due to the business thinking it'a not viable or worth it. If your Vegan avoid or have allergies as you have no chance in this cafe they have no interest. Had a hot beverage that they claim is Amazing was far from it. I would say over priced and diluted was my answer as the drink could have been so much better You need to purchase tinned cadbury's or a quality Belgian Chocolate it will be far better than sachets and diluting down with milk which spoils the drink and far cheaper. The purpose is to make a profit without charging the earth either. GREGGS has drinks to offer and the Newsagent across the way. You have competition which you are blind too and have the oppotunity to change. Don't falll to what so many do and stick with what you feel is best as this is a failure. "FAILURE TO PREPARE IS PREPARING TO FAIL."

   Fantastic Cooked Breakfast. Not greasy at all. One of the best ones I've had. Only had the standard one but very filling. Well priced aswell. Will definitely return. Upon leaving the fish & chips looks to be the next one to try.
