   Had a warning light suggesting the glow plugs needed changing. Took transit mark 7 to the transit centre who said was not the fault. They thought it was more likely to be the turbo. On further investigation they said it was an intermittent fault and to run the van and bring it in without an appointment the next time it occurred. They could easily have changed the turbo at a cost of circa £1200 and I wouldn't have known anything about it. They said that they were not prepared to charge me for something that wasn't 100% confirmed. I paid £70 for their investigation. Totally recommend this family run garage.

   Incredible service. My 2016 Tourneo Custom engine died (still unknown as to why). Used TTC website to enquire and I had a call the next day. Damon ran me through all the options (e.g. recon or new). Opted for the new lump direct from Ford. Whole job done in less than 2 days. Fully itemised quote provided that included cautions - takes the potential surprise out of it! The team provide photo/ videos throughout and called prior to replacing unexpected parts. Hugely grateful to this amazing team.

   Had my van in and out so many garages . Cost a fortune problem never resolved. Thank god i found Total Transit Centre. They were fantastic. Van running like new now . Would definitely recommend. Any problems in the future this is the only place I'm taking vehicle to.

   Absolutely Ridiculous. Read all good reviews and came down from 20 miles away. Bought my transit here for some work that needed done and an MOT. I specifically said do all the major work first and leave MOT till last. They have had the van for 1 week and throughout the week I have been phoning and they said all work was done. Went to pick van up after a week and all that was done is a MOT and repairs alongside a Service and Got Charged £330. The work that was supposed to be done was not completed. Avoid this place for mechanical work at all costs. On top of all this they took off my rear door panel for number plate bulbs and when I got home all panels and screws were off. They dont have the decency to finish off a job properly. When they took my wheels off I noticed that none of my wheels caps were put back on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   Brought my transit connect in for a diagnosis on what was wrong, guys were friendly but seemed to have no idea on what to do with my van. Ended up sending me away without getting any more info than before I came. they were friendly and apologetic but just didn't seem interested in trying to help me fix the problem with my van.

   Good honest genuine lads only do work that needs doing at an exceptional price my transit won't be visiting another garage for as long as I own it. Rac technician said I needed new injectors within five minutes on their diagnostics said it only needed a re-code £50. Brilliant service from great team.
