   Needed a new battery. First one they sold me was flat. Went back in swapped it for another one I asked it to be tested before I carried it to the vehicle and fitted it he said he's tested it and it was 100 percent. Put it in the vehicle.. flat. Went in asked to see the receipt that prints off when they test a battery he said it's in the bin I said can you get it out then to show me the battery was 100 percent he said he can't remember what bin he put it in (6 minutes ago). Asked him to test it Infront of me.. flat. At this point he got extremely embarrassed and angry after I implied the battery obviously hadn't been tested. Went for a more expensive battery asked him to search the system for a mid range one and he told me 2 batteries which were top end and told me that's all they had. Opened my phone right Infront of him and showed him 2 midrange batteries that were in stock in that store at the time. Again embarrassed and angry even more so and treated me like I was the one that was being awkward and done something wrong rather than being a man about the situation. Got the third battery asked him to test it at which point he said I really don't need to with one of these ... Made him test it came up as 113 % some how. You walk into these places and they act like they know everything and make you feel inferior for asking simple questions like I'm meant to know bearing in mind you work behind a till if you worked at Screwfix it don't mean you know how to build houses so you shouldn't act like you do.. I ended up telling him how to do his job did most of it for him and left. I had extremely second hand embarrassment from this experience and couldnt wait to get out of the cringe factory. Train your staff or remind them they aren't mechanics they are till workers which is absolutely fine until you start acting like this guy and end up showing yourself up massively.

   Excellent service and they did their best to help me with an emergency I had to find the part I wanted even on the end of the day hours and they even returned a call I had made after hours to check why I had called them and if I needed anything.

   Great customer service, was walking home after collecting bulbs for my car and the lady at the front desk who got my order(didn't grab her name) offered to go out of her way and drop them to me just incase they got damaged on my way home decided to take the chance anyway thanks!
