Great customer service, staff went above and beyond to help with finding the size I needed. The older gentleman Gary I believe his name was, was very patient and helpful.
I came looking for a particular sized shirt as I had just got measured by a tailor in a suit shop and upon just the sight of me when I walked into the shop, they were able to tell me the size of shirt I should be wearing without having to measure me. When I tried the shirt they gave me, I promptly bought one in that size rather than the recommended one by the tailor at the other shop.
A wonderful shop tucked away in Croydon. Joy was very helpful indeed. She went the extra mile with patience and allowing us to be fully satisfied with our purchases. Will definately go back and support this outlet.
I bought a few shirts today to freshen things up before I start my new job. There was a good selection of shirts and different sizes. My fit can be in between different styles. Joy served me and she not only was really helpful, she was patient and made sure I found the right type of shirts for me. She was so helpful and I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality customer service I received.

This is an outlet store. There are no exchanges or refunds on items brought at other Hawes & Curtis stores. Disappointed.
Not a great experience. Tried to buy a pair of collar stiffeners this morning. The assistant was able to show me them in the glass case and give me the price but not the size! I was first told that they fit their shirts. When I asked again I was shown a shirt collar and told that they would fit it! Unfortunately I wanted them for a gift and I have no idea where their recipient usually buys their shirts. That's why I was asking about size. Obviously it was a no sale experience.
