   Outstanding customer service From Matt and his staff went out of their way to help me with my elderly mum found a great winter coat to keep her warm and dry this winter she had lost her voucher they had given her previously but a young man remembered given it to her and the manager honoured the discount I was completely taken back by this they didn’t have too this speaks volumes. The young man who I’ve sadly forgotten his name was so lovely to my mum who has Alzheimer’s he was so caring how he communicated with her meant the world to me for the bottom of my heart thank you wishing you all a very merry Christmas

   Kaye is fantastic! Always love visiting the store to get her advice. Even if they don’t stock the required item, she’s always very helpful and tells us where we can buy it. Service is top notch! The fact that dogs are welcome is a bonus!

   Excellent customer service. Kaye was really helpful and sourced several wetsuits for us which we needed desperately and hadn't been able to find. Saved the day! Nothing was too much trouble. She called several stores and advised us on the sizes we needed. Really great experience. Will definitely buy from Mountain Warehouse again! Thanks.

   We purchased all our required items here for a trip to Iceland recently, and the new manager Joanna could not have been more professional or helpful, she was great. She had very good knowledge of the products in store, and organised a home delivery for those that were not available, which arrived three days later. I would have given 5 stars but agree the layout of the shop could be improved and it is a little cramped, so not always easy to get around the shop if it is busy. Whilst the experience was quite demanding of the managers time, she was very polite and lighthearted and extremely tolerant with our ASD son. We have shopped here for years, and I agree some previous staff have been offhand, bordering on rude, (I actually had an argument with one very arrogant salesmen who has since left, who told me my shoe size just by looking at my feet, and was wrong, but would not believe me when I corrected him... err my feet...so I know the size!) but I'm really pleased to see they have appointed someone who can help with a smile now. If you had a bad experience in the past that's a shame, but if you return I'm sure it will be different. The clothes are always comfortable and I believe good value for money, so I'm more than happy to shop here again now!
