   Absolutely vile! Nearly 40 quid for 2 breakfasts and a cheese n ham toastie! Absolute rip off and when I came there was hardly anything on the palate and what came was cremated! Not very hot either! I got a drink from fizzy drinks machine and my coke looked like milky coffee with bits floating in. I sent it back and they came to look at machine but didn't come back to me to say issue has been sorted. I was sat about half hour without a drink! Got some forks and they STILL had food one! When we had eated the plates wernt collected! The place is just vile! Most of the staff can't be bothered either! Waste of money and overpriced for rubbish!

   How Ridiculous this place is Its a big joke how you pay soo much for a mix grill meal and get a child's portion its horrible and them staffing forgetting to add my egg on the mix grill made me wait for over 10mins just to fry a simple egg as my food were getting cold. How on earth would sauce be taken back to kitchen when served? Its absolutely horrendous. If I could give a zero star but there is no option for that. I won't advise anyone having a meal there

   Staff very impolite and customer service non-existant when we sent back poached eggs that were basically hard boiled. Cafe was very unclean and most tables needed clearing. No mugs or cups for coffee machine, they need more staff or better management! Appreciate we didn't visit a 5 star Michelin restaurant but I expected better from Morrisons.

   Staff told me they were really busy the day before so didn’t have time to wash the cups properly. Absolutely disgusting that they would put customers health at risk. We were due to get a bite to eat but can only imagine what the kitchen is like!! Manager needs firing if this is the standard. Environmental health needs to shut them down.

   Firstly the screens where you sef order weren't working, so had to go to the till. There was nobody on it, but on saying "excuse me" to a member of staff, we were, rudely told to wait a minute, as she was busy. Ordered food for two people, a roast dinner and a bacon sandwich. One meal was brought out, the roast dinner, minus the Yorkshire pudding, but not the bacon sandwich. Had to ask for the Yorkshire puddings, and then wait for them. They arrived, but still no sandwich. Asked about the sandwich, which was brought out, but had likely been sat somewhere, as it was cold. There were hardly any staff on, the food was really disappointing, which is a shame, as it used to be a treat to come here for a meal. I would not recommend this cafe.

   Just had beef roast asked for no veg it came with just potatoes and meat no Yorkshire puds it was cold and my mates bacon butty ordered at the same time had to ask were it was 10 mins later it arrived cold will not go there again worst dinner ever gave my friend the possessed beef for her dog

   Why do we bother? It’s happening more and more, we used to be Morrison’s cafe fans, what happened ? Did you dine in — NO , we walked out What did you get — nothing, till assistant walked away with a shrug and left 5 people complaining that the ONE coffee machine that was supposed to be working wasn’t . How much did you spend — nothing ,see above , Does anyone in charge care anymore ? Are there no supervisors or staff training ? AND if you think this is bad you should try Morrison’s Ecclesfield where staff pointedly ignore customers while they finish their gossip and are so “ busy “ they can’t find the time to clear tables.

   Poached eggs on toast, toast had a tiny amount of spread in the middle but none on edges. Eggs were diabolical and everything was cold. Cafe wasn't busy but we still had to wait at least 20 mins and by that time we had drunk our luke warm coffee, very poor, never again.
