Not impressive!Fairly long que but busy so ok Ordered two coffee's a sandwich and a cake. You'll have to have a paper cup the cashier said! We said we want it in a cup ,you don't pay £5 for a coffee in a paper cup? Then when we went to sit down 70% of the tables were full of dirty cups and plates! Nobody could be bothered to wash any! Disgusting
Some of the staff have put me off coming here, not all of them, but some seem rude and I ordered one of those new hot milkshakes and they made it completely wrong. It was lukewarm at best, I got the strawberry one but it tasted like pure coffee which made me nauseous.
This Costa Coffee is situated right on the edge of the Parkgate Retail Park. Plenty of car parking is available. I have visited the store on three separate occasions to eat in or to takeaway. On each visit the store is always not very busy and therefore you have lots of choice for seating. The store has two toilets, which are always kept clean and tidy. The staff are always relatively friendly. The only issue I have encountered on each visit is that the loyalty scheme does not always work. With Costa for each coffee purchased, you get earn a bean, 8 of these redeems a free drink. On two of my visits, although I scanned the Mobile app, I never received the beans.
Amazing staff, fun and friendly. The purple girl is good at making coffees. Vanilla syrup tastes a bit like grass tho
First time visited and the best Costa Coffee I have been too. Very shiny clean inside and organised. The young staff member was so polite and helpful, she had the patience of a Saint with the card machine playing up for my friend. So enjoyed a large Cappuccino and Bakewell Tart. Highly recommend whilst out shopping at Parkgate.
Having a quick can cold coffee B 4 shopping at ASDA just 2 perk myself up and because its cold no rush?
Opens early. Spacious. Lovely coffee. Have on two occasions visited and the cafe had no bread or teacakes to toast, that was disappointing and definitely not good business. We always check now before ordering coffee. Do like the place.
Always a great coffee tea etc sandwiches and cakes and cookies friendly staff a pleasure to go
