The vehicle was well presented and all the information was available. The buying process was straightforward and nothing was too much trouble.    Fantastic experience buying a used xc60. Car was as described on advert Jo was very knowledgeable when comes to Volvos and I felt that I could have been at main dealership with his expertise. Travelled down from Scotland and the whole experience was great from start to finish no pushy sales staff, was left to inspect and drive the car and any questions I asked were answered honestly. Couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely use them again in the future, needless to say car drove back to Scotland perfect and my wife loved it. Thank you Jo & Leanne for the best used car buying experience we have had.

   I bought a car 2 months ago from this dealer, he said that it was recently fully serviced. I and my mechanic were surprised what we could find in the air filter(You can see in the photo attached). The car is from 2016, we are in 2024 and the air filter has never been changed. I was lucky that the whole engine didn't break. Seriously? it costs £10 an air filter. You could be honest in the future and let the people know to avoid future damage within the cars .

   I called this company on a friday afternoon just as they we're about to close! Otherwise I would of gone that night. Guy on the phone told me viewing wouldn't be available now untill next day at 12pm. All he said was call me tomorrow. Anyhow when I got home I was so excited about viewing a px car he had. Waited all morning I even left messages and calling twice leaving more messages. He contacted via text message at 11.20 am telling me car is sold! I'd avoid this guy! He dont deserve 1 star! However I can't comment on his quality of motors just he's customer service! And complete waste of time.
