   Despite my friend told me not to go there after the staff very rude behaviour towards her. I still went to get a bag I really liked and wanted to get for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I couldn’t find it so I asked the closest employe to me the manager with the bun who smelt of smoke to help me find the bag. Even though the bag was in stock she didn’t help me find it instead she completely ignored me as if I’m bothering her to do her job. I went around asked other female employe she searched the bag for me, it was the effort and the client friendlyI felt from her but the manager utterly disgustingly disrespectful behaviour she stood there with a blank facial expression.

   Absolutely awful experience at H&M Hammersmith. I was denied access to the fitting rooms at 7:20 PM a full 40 minutes before closing and all floors had already shut them down. When I asked a female staff member on the ground floor (holding a water bottle), she rudely snapped at me, saying “you either buy it or not, it’s your choice.” I asked for her name she said something like "Sarah" and when I asked her to spell it, she said "that’s your problem." She claimed to be the manager, which I highly doubt based on her behaviour. Zero professionalism, no manners, no respect. Clearly H&M doesn't care about customer service or making sales. I won’t shop here again, and I’ll be sure to share this experience with everyone locally. If this is the kind of staff H&M chooses to hire and protect, it explains a lot about the brand’s decline.

   Poor service when there are lot of people in check out, staff prefer tiding clothes over helping customers on the empty till. I came to recycle clothes and I asked the staff for help, she told me to wait in the super long queue and went back to her own work tiding up the shelf.

   Love this H&M store it is so cleverly designed with loads of products you don't seem to find in other stores. They have beautiful women's, kids and mens clothing, accessories and shoes. Staff are busy but attentive. The store always looks immaculate. Take your time browsing you will find something you never knew you needed. Love the kitten heels too.

   If you're going to have plants in a shop, it would be nice if they weren't literally on their last legs.... It takes 5 minutes to water them 2-3 times a week. Sort it out!

   A huge respect to two girls at the tills today, who despite the technical issues and being verbally and physically attacked by some crazy woman remained calm and extremely professional. Staff at the fitting rooms also lovely. Store clean and organised

   Store is nice and spacious. However customer service is lacking. Enquired about sizes for a jacket and a lady with glasses immediately said there was no availability without checking the store or the system. Subsequently asked about the same jacket on a mannequin as it looks to be the size I was looking for, and was told I cannot buy it. I don’t understand how a clothing store would refuse to sell clothes, surely it would be a simple matter of switching out the jacket for a same jacket of a different size on the mannequin?!

   I was watching this situation today, on Black Friday, for over 10 minutes while staying in the queue. There are 2 gates to the store. Only the one where security guy was standing was beeping for every customer leaving the store with a purchase and security guy was either thoroughly checking a customer or superficially or just letting go. He never found a beeping thing at any purchase, so it all was just a theatrical performance which is not his fault at all, I'm not complaining about a security guy. I am complaining about H&M top management: that instead of investing in a cameras and security officers checking cameras H&M top management decided to humiliate every customer leaving the shop with a purchase. It's cheaper to check every bag. I was thoroughly checked when leaving store so that at one point my loungewear fell on the floor. And after that I was supposed to leave the store as a happy customer. I obviously returned everything back and was complaining to the manager. From his words I understood that it was not a technical glitch, so everyone knew what's going on and I was supposed to eat it and digest it. I think we as a society must not tolerate it as otherwise in the future we all will be living in this mess where everyone can stop and search us.
