worse service ever i came with product which bought 25/10/25 and came to return 28/10/25 they couldn’t go through history to find my receipt to help return. Huge product brand cant look for history of product sold two days ago. Cheapest experience ever.
Being a regular customer to Primark, I'm really fed up with the way staffs treated me and my friend. It's my friends birthday on March and we went for a purchase on last Saturday. We were in a bit confusion on what to buy and what not to buy. The staffs and securing guard mistaken us as shoplifters and started questioning infront of everyone. They have all the rights to question us only if we leave the place without paying. What happened there was really bad and traumatic. There are people who do such things, it doesn't mean that everyone are same. Hope it doesn't happen to anyone.

Owned by Associated British Foods who are content to make huge profits at the expense of poor pay, poor contracts and working conditions. Prices are so low I feel I am exploiting someone somewhere by buying stuff here. Be careful when navigating around the store as many customers have difficulty seeing out from behind their false lashes and pumped lips. Staff were helpful and mostly cheerful.
Its a good primark. However it doesn't keep all the good clothing. Like once they had beautiful clothing choices to now everything is stocked with not good choices ( in my opinion ). However they do have beautiful dresses. Coats aren't as nice as they have more business formal ones now and thin puffy type of jackets that in my opinion doesn't sit nice. I wish that primark has kept all the "trendy" clothing. They also have the boots that have been going around on tiktok, the black platform boots that go up to the knee maybe above. Would recommend to go here either way as they do nice things from time to time and let's hope that there will be some come backs in some pieces of clothing like the 80s/90s type of bottoms etc.
