Awful store items are on wrong hanger, labels missing price staff are absolutely useless no sizes available everything is like 3xl. Why do they have these stores if they don't have stock??? Waste of time coming to this store. The whole of man's site had only 1 staff
Size for trousers are limited and the if you do find your size they tend to be dirty and creased, as if it was laying on the floor collecting dirt before being put back on the rack. All types of trousers (skinny, slim, etc) are all mixed together on different racks so it becomes even harder to find your size. Every time I go there's always empty boxes and plastic from deliveries by the changing rooms and only 1 member of staff on tills (with the rest in the back). I don't come to this store often but when I do the experience tends to be the same

We ordered 2 suits to be delivered to the store that was next day delivery. But one of the jackets was delayed and was coming in the following day (the day I needed it. Sophie the duty manager was amazing showing true empathy went out of her I’m sure busy day to get the jacket off the delivery allowing me to take the jacket straight away. Thank you Sophie so much for all your help

Jordan is always helpful. One time I was having trouble finding the right size and colour for me. He did everything to help me, was very friendly and polite. Greets people in the best way. 10/10 for his service
Amazing store manager and excellent customer service, went in feeling lost on what to buy for my wedding suit with my 2 groomsmen. He helped us from start to finish with sizes, colours and more we found my perfect suit. he definitely knows his stuff ! Wish I remembered his name but pretty sure was the store manager
