   30th Dec., 2025 Pamela and the team serving at the cafe were real great. We highly appreciated. Sharon at Ladies Footwear was an very helpful and good staff. Thanks to Syeda (name maybe misspelt) who was serving at the top floor on the 21st Aug. for her greatest help. I am deaf and not seeing things clearly. Syeda was kind and patient. May her supervisor convey my appreciation to her, thank you!

   How not not sell anything. This review is specific to the Chanel perfumes booth at Ely’s Wimbledon. The department store is fantastic and I am a usual customer and I would recommend it to anyone. Now, I felt compelled to leave the one star review so hopefully things can improve. I was looking to replace my fragrance as I believe that it is no longer the same unfortunately, and I have been using the same Chanel Allure Sport version for men for over 10 years. The person working there was quite patronising and very adamant to tell me how wrong I was, instead of helping me finding an alternative and making a sale. So @elyswimbledon @chanel instead of listening to your clients, you are losing them.

   Today I had a very pleasant surprise when visiting Elys Wimbledon, thanks to the excellent service provided by the Elys staff, especially Irina from the Tom Ford counter. I can truly call myself lucky to have met this young lady, as she made me feel very special throughout my visit. The way she explained how to choose the right makeup products for me was extremely helpful and informative, and it really guided me in making the right decisions. Unfortunately, some of the products were out of stock, but despite this, my experience was wonderful, and I will definitely be returning.

   I love to come to Elys to buy my clothes and presents. I take the train to go there from Surrey with no worries about driving or parking. It is a lovely department store who offers a wide range of prices. I still love try on items and touching materials and fabrics instead to buy everything online! Staff is very helpful a super friendly. Highly recommended.

   Visited the Jo Malone counter today and was served by Eden! She was so friendly and helpful and honestly the service she provided was outstanding! I was purchasing a birthday gift for my friend and she gift wrapped the item so beautifully and even created a stunning personalised wax stamp on the box with my friends initials on. Honestly exceeded my expectations and was such a great experience I just wanted to share and say THANK YOU EDEN YOU WERE AMAZING!

   I visited Elys in Wimbledon today and wanted to buy some Dior make-up and the lady that was working on 23rd Dec was extremely rude. I asked for some help with a colour match which doesn’t take long and she said: no, I don’t have time for that and suggested I do it myself, she wasn’t even that busy but refused to help or she didn’t know how to do it but would rather lose a customer than gain one. I was very put off after that and left and walked into MAC store and they helped colour match and I purchased all the products that were recommended. Dior - you need to find better staff, that lady working for you isn’t good for business.

   Elys is my local (I live around the corner), and I shop here a lot. I like the products, and I feel the merchandise has improved a lot in the last six months. However, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes the service on the ground floor is better than on the top floors, but the majority of staff are so miserable. Even though I’m polite and spend money (without asking irritating questions), they often treat me as if I’m being a nuisance by asking them to put a payment through, for example. The customer service really needs to improve, and fast.

   Love Ely's especially now with no debenhams. It's close to me so I can just pop in. They have most designers but Oasis has gone. Good bargains when they have a sale. Would definitely recommend.
