   I was served by an assistant named Matilda. She was very kind, knowledgable and professional. The store was busy and she was the only one available on the shop floor. She coordinated the customers very well and I did not feel like I was being ignored. She was also very helpful and informative when choosing the styles of shirts.

   All I can say is overpriced and bad quality suit I got on hire for my brothers wedding. I had planned to hire out a suit for all of us for my wedding but after seeing the quality and price for hire I will never shop here again. There was buttons cracked and for every extra day hire it cost £10 which was not verbally discolesed on picking up the suit.

   Staff need a serious attitude adjustment. Was there well before closing time. Lady huffed and puffed because I asked for assistance on sizes and when I asked what was wrong she said that I had come "close to closing time".

   Do yourself a favor, stay away from this shop, at least the one in Enfield town. Poor customer service and employees with negative attitude through customers. I booked a store expert advice appointment since I wanted some suggestions regarding a suit for a special occasion and I personally believe thier service is a joke. It took me 40 min to get there and I completely wasted my day due to their incompetence. I had an appointment for today at 2pm and I had to wait more than 15 minutes to be able to speak with someone(nobody came to me, I had an employee in front of me at till, but he ignored me). I managed to speak with a lady that came across rude and with a terrible attitude. She was completely unhelpful and even told me that she didn't have a suit for me and it would be best just to check and buy it online... I do not spend my time to write reviews online, but this is unacceptable and at another level. I just want to give you a constructive feedback, even if you do not deserve it, stop spending money on Google ads and spending it in training for your employees. P.S. You lost a customer today that really want to purchase a suit due to poor customer service and your terrible attitude.

   Hired a wedding outfit....there was IT technical problems but the manager pulled out all the stops to fix and made sure I did not go without. A rare experience and I was very very happy with the service. I recommend, you will not find a more accommodating team.
