For me shopping at Universal Works in Coal Drops Yard is like going to my favourite restaurant. I want to try everything, the staff are great- incredibly kind and helpful and remember me when I go back. That’s lovely- especially as I don’t even live in London. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Bought my suit for my wedding here and the staff were really helpful with sizing and tailoring. Made the whole experience very easy. Even gave me recommendations for other bits for my outfit. I ended up getting the best men their suits from the shop in Nottingham and rang up ahead and they got the right sizings in, again a great help!
