   Terrible service, me and my husband ordered a love seat and 2 leather Care kits in September, got the delivery date for 2nd December 2025, they turned up but only had half the chair on the van, no chair back in sight, so they left the base in the living room, I ended up chasing sofology myself for a couple of days as they tried to locate the back of the chair, I got a delivery date for the back for 5th December, the delivery van arrived but no chair back was put on the van, so stayed in for nothing, after chasing sofology again I got another date for delivery, 9th December they turn up with a chair back that was completely the wrong colour and material, they fitted it as I think they felt sorry for us because we had a unusable chair in the middle of the living room, after multiple phone calls threatening to cancel, the back of the chair arrives on 13th December 2025. Then I realised no care kits had been received, so after multiple phone calls again I received 1 care kit, so more phone calls to get them to send me another. Conclusion: 7 VISITS TO MY HOUSE JUST FOR 1 CHAIR AND 2 LEATHER KITS!!

   In August, my partner and I visited Sofology in Stockport while furnishing our first home and what an incredible experience it was! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning variety of sofas on offer. The range of styles, fabrics, sizes and materials was truly impressive. We were lucky enough to be helped by the wonderful Maria, who made the entire process feel like a luxury experience. She was warm, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping us find the perfect sofa. She took the time to walk us through every option, explained the differences in build quality and even showed us the cushion interiors, something no other store had done. It was clear exactly where your money goes and the quality stood out miles above the competition. Although the sofa we chose had a slightly longer lead time (which Maria explained from the start), it was absolutely worth the wait. Throughout the process, we felt fully informed and supported. Maria sat with us to customise every detail of our sofa to suit our home and also gave us excellent advice on how to care for and protect it long-term. To top it all off, our delivery came earlier than expected! The delivery team were just as lovely, professional, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their service. In short, we couldn’t be happier. Maria is a true asset to Sofology and the whole experience from start to finish was flawless. If you're looking for quality, care and service that goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend Sofology!

   Purchased the Sofolgy Paramount sofa with 2 armchairs. Service in the store was excellent but that’s where it ends. After waiting 12 weeks for delivery one of the arm chairs was not working at all when plugged in upon delivery and was told that a technician would have to come out to fix it. For almost a 2 weeks I was going backward and forwards with customer service requesting photos until I spoke to Eleanor who was very professional and helpful. I’m now waiting on parts to be delivered then have to book a slot with a technician once they’ve arrived. For a purchase of over £4,300 it hasn’t been a good customer experience whatsoever and expect some form of compensation. (Please don’t respond with “please e-mail our complaints dept”) It comes across as robotic, lazy and not with the customer’s best interest at heart.

   Bought 2 lovely chairs, they were fine, delivery driver failed to leave my care kit that I paid for! When i phoned customer services to ask they said they would send it in the post, within 10 days! 3 weeks passed and I gave up, went back to the store, at cost and inconvenience to me and picked it up, not a single apology from sales person. Also care kit is poor, definitely not worth £39.99!!! I'd say £10/15 worth at most.

   This shop/store is amazing ,, and super pet friendly .. I went here today after being “turfed out” of Dunelm with a 12 week old Dalmatian puppy,,,, I understand stores have policies but Dunelm need to move with the times it’s 2023.. Sofology have dog bowls upon entry, the staff are super friendly particularly Paris and the other lady I think her name is Amanda,, super helpful , super smiley and an asset to the company… I haven’t been in this store before but would highly recommend it,,, furniture is stunning, modern and very reasonably priced…..loved it Staff are super friendly .., would highly recommend

   Got a sofa from here today, it was a great experience. There were no pressure selling tactics, staff were present and able to help but left us to sit on as many sofas as we liked! Raf was super helpful during the buying process, he laid everything out very clearly and made it very easy. Thanks very much.

   Absolutely fantastic service in particular Ryan who was so knowledgeable, patient and professional. Went to DFS next door first and were practically ignored but the guys at sofology were so attentive and made us feel welcome. Sofa bought and two happy customers.
