   Needed to purchase a suit for work. Being short of time, I decided to go to Suit Direct, hoping they would help quickly. With the assistance of their salesperson, I found an appropriate suit and It was fitted in the store. The shop sent it to their tailor to make adjustments which I was assured would be minor and could be sorted quickly. A week later I received the notification to collect the suit. I try it on in the shop and notice collar roll which I point out to the staff in the shop. They inspected the suit while worn and assured me that it will disappear as I wear the suit, but nevertheless the salesperson took the jacket out back to steam it, promising this would take care of the issue. The suit was handed back, and I was told to let it hang to let the creases unfold. Later, I try on the jacket and find that the creases very much are still there. I take it back and again they steam it. Having now no time left; I am forced to wear the suit to the work event. Here I find that not only is the neck roll not resolved - which by the way is an issue with the fit that requires tailoring, but the chest breaks and the trouser pockets pop. Overall, I got an extremely ill-fitting suit with problems any professional would immediately have identified. Now without labels and worn, I am now stuck with a suit that I cannot wear. Also working in sales, I am almost entirely sure the sales staff knew exactly what they were doing but decided to sell and not correct an inappropriate product. This is plainly dishonest.

   Broke my suit direct forgot my shirt for my wedding and wouldn’t give me another one. Absolutely horrible italian manager with terrible service. Just shrugged his shoulders and said nothing can be done. I would recommend avoiding this store.

   The Team at Bromley are fantastic. So helpful and friendly from the moment we stepped foot in the store. Nothing has been too much trouble, and Salvatori went above and beyond to make sure the suit trousers my son needed were located and delivered to the store. Thank you all... Irene who was there covering from the Kingston store was unbelievably helpful, knew her stuff, offered lots for my dad to choose from and he is so happy with his purchase now. He bought the whole outfit including shoes. Thank you so much Irene, you were amazing!

   Very poor service. We went in looking to purchase suits for upcoming wedding... the 2 staff in there stood behind the counter said hello but then walked off to the other side of the store pretending to fold some clothes despite us standing by the suit I wanted to try on for 5 minutes and then after trying to get their attention we decided to leave. I went and purchased the same suits elsewhere
