   I have used Taylors recently for both my and my daughters car. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable and dont make you feel intimidated like some garages do. They are reasonably priced and I have now found a trustworthy garage i will use from now on. Thank you for sorting out both cars

   Can't recommend Rich the mechanic at Taylors auto enough!! I’ve used a few mechanics over the years, but none have come close to the level of honesty, skill, and professionalism here. From start to finish, he kept communication with me on the progress of my repair and never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. The work was done quickly, the price was fair, and my car is now back on the road. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but this guy genuinely knows what his doing and genuinely goes above and beyond. Give this man a pay rise!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, reliable service for your motor

   I WILL NOT BE RETURNING DUE TO THE UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE OF THE OWNER. I arrived to collect my van at 5 PM, but due to the M5 being closed, I reached there around 5:01 PM. The individual at the location informed me that the boss had already left for the day, which meant I could not retrieve my van. He then went to check if the bill for the van had been prepared, keeping in mind that the van had been ready since 9:30 AM. However, he returned to inform me that the bill was still not completed. Consequently, I had to take a taxi to and from the location, which cost me £40. The next day, when I returned and inquired about the situation, the staff were quite rude, stating that they had closed at 5 PM and questioned if that was acceptable to me. also turned around and said i called you at 9:30, sorry i have a job i cant just leave! The individual assured me he would be present at 5 PM. I called them at 4:51 PM and received no response, and again at 4:56 PM with the same result, indicating he was not there until 5 PM. Had he prepared the bill when the van was completed, I could have collected it without incurring the £40 taxi expense!

   Damaged my vehicle paintwork by being careless when lifting it. Although when I complained after I discovered the damage, I got quote: don't start I'm having a bad day. No that's ok then, you just damage my car and act like some playground bully in front of your staff. Your a first rate clown.

   I had an incident on a car park near Taylor’s garage. Being a complete daddy’s girl I had no idea what to do or how to fix it. As I had my baby with me I was in a complete panic. I called them and asked if they could come save me. And within 10 minutes 2 lovely gentleman came to try rescue me. They didn’t manage to make the car drivable as they had no tools at the time and suggested I called my insurance and a tow. After being stranded for a few hours as I had no luck getting through to my insurance and tow companies wanting ridiculous amounts I called Taylor’s again. I asked if there was anything else they could do. The same two men came back armed with tools and managed to make the car drivable so I could get home. They were so honest about the damage and how I should go about getting it repaired and extremely patient with me. I’m so thankful for them! They really were my heroes today!!!

   Being a woman I have been conned so many times in the past by garages but Taylor’s autos have been so honest and friendly. They have understood my concerns and when they quoted me for fixing a part on my car they said was always tricky to get to so Labour took up most of the cost - when I came to pay it was cheaper than they quoted, I asked why and they said that for some reason they managed it quicker than expected so didn’t cost so much in Labour. Many garages would have still charged what they quoted (how would I know how quickly they did it!) I was so impressed I have been to them for the last 3 years. Always a great service given - thank you!!
