Had kitchen cabinets fitted via David Wilson with Richmond Furniture who are also Richmond Cabinets. 6 yrs on and the cabinets have literally fallen apart with a now yellow colour which was originally white. Also the coating has bubbled ! Totally rubbish !
Had a kitchen supplied and fitted by Richmond Furniture which we were very pleased with. Been trying for the past 3 months to get an additional cupboard and base unit from them. Sent several emails made over 10 calls and got nowhere. Like previous reviewers, been fobbed off and promised call backs which never come. Every call I make to them is like Groundhog Day, you are starting from scratch. Tried to take my complaints higher that doesn’t work either. This company supply Persimmon Homes in Stone Staffordshire and I cannot get the product elsewhere, otherwise I would. I am hoping that someone from the company that actually cares may read this and offer some help, I am not however holding out much hope. Since writing this I have had contact from the company explaining they have had sickness and other issues with staff which has resulted in them responding slower than usual to queries and requests. I am now getting the help with my order and improved correspondence. So honest response and now a happier customer.
Very poor after care. I asked for a price for additional kitchen unit shelves. Richmond said they would need specifics re: which shelves before they could quote. I dug out my plan and sent them details of which unit numbers/measurements etc, but they never got back to me. I telephoned twice over a c.8 week period and was told that they would respond 'by the end of the week'. Turns out I was being fobbed off as several months later they responded to my email saying they had found it in their spam folder! If a customer phones to chase up an email, check that their job is in the pipeline before you tell them to carry on waiting! Unsurprisingly, I took my business elsewhere.

Exceptional quality Kitchen. Design, delivery and fitting all perfect. Start to finish a pleasure to deal with and the end result is fantastic. Gary, Dirk and Steve know this inside out and it shows. We could not be happier or recommend more emphatically. We’ve done this a few times and will never buy anywhere else now. Thanks to the whole team.
Not often you really get 5* service but this is our experience over 3 jobs. Our main kitchen has over 30 units and 9 appliances. The design and layout was tricky but they got it right. The supply and installation was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. Our kitchen looks fantastic and is now, the social hub of our home. The quality of fixtures and fittings is excellent and the experience from start to finish was just great. Thanks to Gary and his team, we have a cracking kitchen to enjoy for years to come. Great service and excellent product. As well as coming up with a fantastic design, they were very efficient, accommodating and a pleasure to have them working in our house. Would completely recommend their products and really personal service.
