   This store consistently delivers a pleasant shopping experience. The clothing is stylish, well made and versatile catering to a variety of tastes. Staff are helpful and courteous providing excellent service when asked about sizing or style advice. The store is organized, bright and easy to navigate with clearly marked sections for men, women and accessories. Seasonal collections are fresh and the quality of fabrics is consistently impressive. Fitting rooms are spacious clean and equipped with large mirrors. Overall, it’s a clothing store that makes shopping enjoyable whether I’m looking for everyday wear or a special outfit.

   The worst and the dirtiest store I've ever been to. Changing rooms are filthy, there is poo on the wall, everything's dirty and dusty. On top of it, the stuff is pretty rude too.

   I love going to this shop. Always clean and staff are great and friendly. , special shout out to Costa who is so helpful and kind all the time, we always have little chat. The shop is looked after. Definitely recommended to those who are around angel. Nice selection of home accessories too. I love their pillow covers and bed sheets, very stylish and comfortable.

   I came into the H&M Angel store today to return two items that I had only worn once. The girl at the till was perfectly polite, but the manager who came over to process the refund completely ruined the experience. Her attitude was outright rude. She told me I “can’t return something I’ve already worn,” which makes no sense when I’ve returned items at this exact store before — even after 2–3 weeks — with zero issues. The way she spoke to me was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I work in retail myself, so I know the policies and I know my rights as a customer. What I don’t expect is to be spoken to with an attitude that stinks the moment I question something. I left feeling genuinely shocked at how poorly I was treated. This behaviour is unacceptable for someone in a management position. I expect an apology for the way I was spoken to. If this is how she handles customers, I dread to think how she speaks to her team. Absolutely not the standard of service I would ever expect from H&M.

   Bad experience everytime I've been to the store, and i have purposely been more than a few times to see if it was maybe a one off thing, but it's been consistent as soon as I walk in security follows me everywhere not only making me feel uncomfortable, but also leading me to believe their assuming I'm there to steal. I've also been with my partner and child and their was an undercover security just watching us as I tried a few tops on. I didn't even want or feel like i should buy anything after that.

   I went to collect an item and nobody was manning the tills and there was one staff member up a ladder waving at me that came to serve me. I said I needed to collect something expecting her to get it, and she sent me to the changing area. I had no experience of using a locker system. After putting a code on a screen a little door opened and there was my package. Was quite impressed with the speed and ease of using it. Quite impressed with the machine, but can't say the same for the staff.

   I needed shorts and saw that this H&M closed at 8pm so thought that yay I could go after work to try some on (and buy if it fits!). The shop was indeed open, clean, not many people, great choice of shorts so I picked different types and headed to the fitting rooms. Turned out they were closed because « they need time to wind everything down before closing ». I left everything and didn’t buy anything (it probably took more time for the salesperson to put my shorts away than if I had tried some on and bought a pair!). This was 40 minutes before closing time, not 5. So if it’s not the middle of the day and you need to try clothes on don’t waste your time going there. Next time I will go to Oxford Street.
