   I’m really disappointed with the Next store in Enfield Retail Park. Around 35 years ago, I used to think this was a great store with good quality products — but not anymore. I honestly wouldn’t even give one star, but I’ll give it just because of the brand name. What really frustrated me is their unreasonable “no dogs allowed” policy. The Costa Coffee upstairs allows dogs, so why can’t Next? Especially when they have a whole section selling dog toys and clothes — they’re happy to profit from dog owners, but don’t allow dogs inside. It makes absolutely no sense. Because of this inconsistency, I’ve decided to stop shopping at Next from now on. Very disappointing.

   Next Shop is a really nice place for shopping and relaxing, especially with the Costa Coffee upstairs. It’s great that there’s a restroom available, which makes it convenient for customers. However, the main issue is that it gets very crowded and noisy. The noise from the café upstairs carries down to the lower shopping area, making it hard to relax or enjoy a calm shopping experience. While the shop itself is well-organized and pleasant, the noise level is definitely something that needs to be addressed

   I so love this store! Spacious, clean and helpful staff! Good quality products at reasonable prices! What’s not to like? Shopping here is a pleasant experience. I live close to Brent Cross but would rather drive the distance to Enfield for a better shopping experience

   I was served by Yvonne who showed me a few dresses I had missed she then gave me some very good advice when ordering a second part to my outfit. It arrived on Sunday. After trying it on at the store I returned it as it was too big, she remembered me and made me feel very welcome. A very patient And friendly member of staff. Thank you.

   Had a lovely study session in the costa today. Arrived around 10.30 on a Sunday. Relatively quiet until 12 but still lots of space and sockets. Versed 1 coffee whilst I worked. Definitely going to have a cake the next time I'm in. Lovely staff.

   Went in to go to Costa for Breakfast & to do some urgent work. No WiFi & no notice to say so. Also really noisy large group of people meeting up. Not a good start to my day. Didn't even stop to have my Coffee & Porridge.
