Incredibly happy with the job the guys did for me. Excellent work, incredibly good price and they kept me informed all the way through. As a bonus, my car was ready for collection a day sooner than expected.
The people I bought my car from use this garage to fix any problems there cars have (mines under warranty). I've had to take it twice in the last 2 weeks and they've sorted the car out as quick as they could and did a brillian job both times. . Both times have been very good, once my car Is out of warranty I'll continue to keep going.
We have used this garage for MOT’s service and repairs, replacement tyres for the last couple of years as the service has been spot on with very helpful staff and reasonably priced. Just had our Mini oil and filter changed was contacted when the car was ready for collection.
Excellent garage. Took my car here after going to 2 other local garage's who could not solve a issue with a noise coming from the car. Motor performance Wednesbury fixed my issue which was only a £5 part.I have been back since and had my tyres and service done can not fault these guys. The staff was very friendly and They had a good family waiting area which was good as i had my kids with me. Best garage around.
Do not go here at any cost. Absolutely no idea what they are doing. They serviced a car oil and filter change and when i got the car back the oil pressure was low on my dash so i checked the dipstick and the oil was below minimum on the dipstick so they obviously didnt put enough oil in there, not sure how someone doesnt put enough oil in for a oil service change. If i didnt have a oil pressure gauge on my car i wouldnt have checked the oil level as i would have thought its good especially after an oil service change and my engine would have been toast if i carried on driving with low oil. When asked about it they say oh sorry we was sure we put enough oil in. They would have been sorry if my engine blew up because they couldnt be bothered to check it they had put enough oil in it. Car was also all dirty on the inside when i got it back, oil on the steering wheel, seat was dirty. They dont use a cover on the drivers seat when moving your car on the ramp like most garages do. Also had a suspension knock which they couldnt find the fault after having the car for a full 1 day. I took it to another garage and they found the issue with in 10 mins. If your reading this review then my advice is stay away from this garage at all costs they have no idea what they are doing and they nearly damaged my engine and your car will be a risk when you get it back and it will need a super valet if you do use this garage.
Got let down by a nearby garage who were supposed to MOT my car today. Tried at the desk of Motor Performance Centre to see if they had any MOT slots and they were fantastic, took the car in that day and called me to confirm when they were finished with it. Great prices too. Definitely recommend.
Honestly if i could give 0 stars i would. The dealership i bought my car from unfortunately used this garage for my repairs. My car was in for 2 WEEKS before i could pick it up and the problem was still there! Fitted a £200 part that didn’t need replacing. When my car came back it was filthy on the inside. They had no care for my car as (from what i can assume) they didn’t consider what they had on their hands when touching my steering wheel and has damaged the leather. When i picked it up i had little specks of it coming off on my hands. My hands where filthy after driving it home and i had to clean it thoroughly. Then it went BACK in for almost 3 WEEKS to get the actual problem fixed. When i got it back my petrol had gone down drastically and my miles had gone up. I still don’t know what they did with my car in those weeks. To top it all off, they had damaged the paint work of my car and splattered a spot grey paint on the body work. Absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional
