   I made a quick dash to find an outfit for a wedding on Sunday and was welcomed by the most helpful staff this evening. They pulled out some fabulous options for me and encouraged me to try sizes much smaller than I’d usually go for. Although I only had half an hour until the store closed, they made it feel like a personal It personal shopping experience. I highly recommend!

   I have been into this store 3 times now to browse for products. Unfortunately I have never been welcomed or helped by staff. On my last visit I said hello, the response I got could be barely heard and was accompanied by struggled shoulders. I asked how business was and was told in a one word answer " boring". Staff never look happy and never welcome you or offer assistance. They appear to look down their noses at you as if you are not good enough for their store. I have been into this store more than once in the hope that service may improve but it hasn't. Unfortunately I will not be visiting this store to purchase possible future products again as this experience has put me off.
