   My family and I visited the store yesterday and met an absolutely lovely member of staff named Lauren. She did her best to help us find what we were looking for and was so pleasant while doing it. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and made sure we left the store happy. It’s truly refreshing when you meet staff like Lauren as this is often not the attitude you are met with. A true credit to the company.

   Had a good experience. The only downside was that they didn't have changing rooms and its a smaller store which means limited selections. But it had really great pieces.

   I've been to this store several times with family and without. No issues. But this time on 13th April 2025 one member of staff behavior was disgusting. There was little girl who had some behavioural issues, she was only 4/5 and she's completely deaf. She was having a tantrum the father was having a difficult time. The retail worker ended up screaming at both child and parent shouting that it is unacceptable. He scared the child and frustrated the father futher. The retail worker was completely rude, making faces and commenting loudly. Utterly disgraceful.

   On our recent visit we mess all around the store, specifically regarding the sizes of the clothes. You can hardly find correct sizes. The staff was busy but not at all friendly. Everyone have different preferences and experiences. So I wouldn’t recommend but everyone share their own experiences. May be they improve the service.
