    Please double-check everything you buy in this store. I purchased a sealed dining set and only discovered after opening it that one plate was completely different from the rest.

    I visited this Next store recently to return some items, and sadly, the experience was very disappointing. I was served by Tina, but she was incredibly cold and unfriendly. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve felt that kind of attitude from Tina, when visiting this store. It doesn’t take much to offer the same courtesy I showed her, just a simple smile or a β€˜How’s your day?’ can go a long way in making someone’s day better. I hope the store can improve this, but right now I wouldn’t recommend visiting this branch.

    Click and collect staff take too long to find a parcel. Even takes ages for a member of staff to be present on shop floor before being served. Why am I waiting half an hour for an order I placed for click and collect? It should take no more than 5 minutes. Do better, terrible service no urgency

    Now I understand why the 'high street' sales trade is dying, and everyone is opting to buy online... Just like with every other time I've needed something from Next, it's taken multiple visits to get it - my size (Medium) is never stocked (apparently its a 'popular size'), though it's absolutely lost on the staff when I suggest the prospect of ordering more items in this size so as to avoid the repetitive inevitability of selling out. Even when a medium fit IS in stock, one has to try on multiple items of the same size just to find a cut that is actually representative of that size. I tried on 3 'medium' tops in a colour that clearly nobody wanted to buy and they were all completely different. The sweatshop Next buys from are clearly having a laugh. And it's at our expense! Ultimately, I've had to order 3 items to be delivered the following day (meaning another day off work and another cancellation of plans for another journey) just to finally get my item. Honestly, getting my hands on Oasis tickets was easier! The idea of ordering the same polo shirt 3 times in the same size was to ensure that at least one of them actually fits properly. I'm actually unsure why I bother. The pricing of Next items used to be the 'draw', with competitive prices, it made sense to keep going through the rigmarole of days-long purchases. Somehow, Next appear to have got a chip on their shoulder. The prices have sky-rocketed, and their staff remain defensive of their service - as if its somehow my fault they don't seem to be able to maintain stock levels - ever! The time has clearly come to 'give up the ghost' and join the ever growing exodus from high street shopping. Online shopping will at least cut out one of the multitude of predictable disappointments we suffer from visiting the store.

    Chaos at the parcel collection point. So disorganised at the back they take 5-10 minutes to find each parcel. Huge queues. Please improve

    You have to wait at least an hour to pick up your parcel because they can never find it, and to make it worse they don’t look like they are in a rush - walk and work at such a SLOW pace

    Nice big next store over 2 floors, modern built and pretty good displays. Lods of parking outside and inside the shopping park where you have many other shopping options. Customer service though is poor, its more like no one exists at the store to help you out even if its fully empty. Nice collection, but have struggled to find items in XL sizes.

    Understaffed and staff are not very friendly. Items show in stock online but nowhere to be found on shop floor and no one willing to help find them (which is probably because they are understaffed so I don't blame them but makes for a bad shopping experience). I had a similar experience on 2 different visits.
