   Me and my partner have just stayed in Scarborough Monday till Friday and we always visit the Turks Head absolutely love it…Gail is a legend and needs a payrise..my only moan is people vaping in the pub I know it can’t be policed 24/7 but for someone who is asthmatic it’s not good

   The Waterloo public house Blyth Northumberland Very disappointed I have delivered buffets for this pub and had to decline after no payments were made to myself if which I have one small cafe struggling like everyone else in the hospitality business!!! They now owe me £850 and I will be soon seeking an order to enforce bailiffs no reply from the management of the establishment or the actual company Absolute Disgrace One very angry small Buisness owner

   I visited the George hotel brighouse where I ordered pint stella I had a drink and it tasted horrible. I look in the glass and the top had green tint too it. Took it back too the bar where I was told nothing wrong with it.this is bad service and management. It was clear too me the line was in desperate need off cleaning

   I’m sorry but staff in your so called company really require an attitude/professionalism transplant! We attend a craft union pub in Sedgley, West Midlands on a regular basis with no problems whatsoever until we are met with a certain member of staff who illustrates such an attitude towards us, no politeness, no acknowledgement of our existence, absolutely nothing but ignorance and rudeness until the point they refuse to serve us making a point in the middle of a crowded pub setting, it was belittling and insulting. I dread to think if I had retaliated in my comments that an argument may have erupted - really professional by your staff! I’m not sure if you have a code of conduct or customer service policy but perhaps practice it? The pub itself is filthy, it is not cleaned on a regular basis and we have witnessed bugs around sitting areas so much that ant traps are put down. God forbid staff should get off their phone or ass and actually clean tables, floors, hoover the carpets and clean the toilets and collect glasses. The attitude is not professional with frequent swearing and blunt remarks from bar staff. We have previously reported this and felt distanced to return however on giving this place a second chance it was the wrong decision. I doubt anything will be said or done again but I do hope karma will play her part!

   Bull Ring Tavern, Birmingham what a disgrace!!! Pouring Guinness with the glass left flat on the drip tray was bad enough. Ordered a double vodka and red bull to be given it with no ice. I asked for ice to be told the machine was broken. I said' said 'Sorry, you have no ice?' To be told 'What? You expect us to pay for a customer's ice?' I mention her size only so people can recognise who it is but a very large lady with long black hair was the person.

   While I appreciate the re-furb of The Rose Pub in Warrington I don`t appreciate only having diet coke on draught which tastes horrible and there is no alternative. The array of flavoured Gins is exceptional but there isn`t any choice for the tonics to accompany the Gins which is part of the experience and certainly no botanicals to accompany them, what a waste of space and missed opportunity on behalf of Craft Union.

   I love this pub, The Somerset, Gravesend, Kent but I do have a complaint, the free juke box is behind the bar slightly and we are not allowed to go round there, they should move the jukebox outside of the bar other than that I love this pub and put a lot of money in their tills

   The new people at Loughborough's Bell Foundry state "WE WANT RID OF THE LOCALS". Not a problem because as of last week the pub will be dead. Attitudes like this decimate pubs and Loughborough is full of decent priced venues. Oh and 1 more thing, students don't come back until the end of September. Good luck with having an empty pub. Bring back Claire and Chug.

   Malt shovel hull The best pub in the area been going in this pub for over 15 years + graham and Christine have always made us feel welcome never no trouble warm and friendly . Even with Covid always felt safe with the way the pub is run and a big shout out to the bar staff especially Clair and Anne always their with a smile on their face their a credit to the pub .
