   Absolute useless staff. Too dumb to read the time. Apparently 5 min is not enough to pick up a click and collect order. Maybe work faster if it takes that long to hand over a parcel. Last time I went to this awful shop.

   I visit and purchase items at the store on Eltham High St often. It has a great variety of clothing and gift ideas for all ages. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly. I’d like to particularly mention shop assistant Tracey. She always takes the time to say hello, have a catch up, and help with suggestions and finding the items you might be looking for. Thank you Tracey, your help is appreciated.

   Dropped into the Eltham store late Saturday with my husband found the staff and service amazing, lovely friendly ladies super helpful and had no trouble using my blue card for an extra discount Thank you we will make sure we shop here again :)

   Last experience, using blue card, was a pain. Was with my partner, showed the blue card and the person who was working at the till told that she couldn't pay with that debit card (was mine with my name on it, forgot to check). When questioned only could say she can't pay with this card"..without looking for my name. Meanwhile a colleague who was in the 2nd till get involved, like she was the right person who could understanding the issue. Lack of professional attitude, no "excuse me, let me help you" nothing. Just pure ARROGANCE! NEVER MORE!

   Been going in the Eltham store since it opened. Staff are all nice, friendly and helpful. The manager Chrissy is so nice, always helpful, friendly and will never make you feel unwelcome. Good for a chat when wanted, not just about clothes. Always sad when the store is threatened with closure as the store and its staff are a good long term feature in the High St. We do not need to lose the few remaining clothes stores left.

   LOVE this shop and hope it never closes. Probably the best customer service given here in the whole of Eltham retail stores, although you might be stuck in the que for ages to pay but staff is always very pleasant. M x

   I recently popped into peacocks in Eltham, great items lots of stock! And the till assistant was very lovely and chatty! Not just to me but to all customers. ( not sure of her name) much better than the catford store. I recently bought seamless lace bandeau bra in all colours, they are amazing! Best quality too!! I always find peococks have the best quality items. Will keep buying from this store ❤️❤️❤️

   Peacocks in Eltham has very bad customer service. I wanted to return one item but they found out that my debit card has not been signed. They said I have to sign it but they can' t see me. So I went to another part of the shop to sign it but they said they did see me. Firstly I was thinking that they are playing with me that it must be some sort of joke. My baby cried a lot and I decided to ask for manager. She said the same that I can't return the item because my debit card wasn't signed or was signed in their presence and I can bring it back tomorrow. She said is a Peacocks policy. I couldn't find such a policy in any Peacock website. They don't care that I have crying baby and obviously not time to come to High Street every day. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in Eltham's Peacock shop! I am editing that i returned the item few days later in another Peacocks shop without any problem, NO ONE asked or watched if my card is signed. Is obvious that Eltham's Peacock making their own policy. I will never ever buy in this shop again. Question for Peacocks shop in Eltham - Why did you sell me in first place the item when my card wasn't signed? Your policy doesn't make any sense.

   Peacocks sell reasonably priced clothes of fair quality. I visited this branch to pick up a click and collect order. I was told it hadn't arrived and to contact customer service. On doing so I found the order was indeed at the store which meant another trip back to Eltham. I got the impression they are short staffed in store. More vigilance please!
