   We visited here today, I don't know if they were understaffed but the tables, floor and toilets were all uncleaned. Some improvements needed.

   Filthy coffee shop !!!! Dirty tables not being cleaned ! I know it’s a busy time but you pay enough for Starbucks. Toilets are filthy , toilet seats missing . More staff needed for clearing tables . Coffee was ok .

   I expected caffeine, not trauma. I don’t know what eldritch concoction the women at Starbucks handed me but that drink tasted like someone brewed regret burnt it, reheated it and then whispered good luck over the cup. One sip and my soul tried to uninstall itself. The coffee was so bad I started questioning my life choices my past my future and the barista’s relationship with basic human taste. I’ve had hospital waiting-room water with more flavor and less emotional damage. If caffeine is supposed to wake you up this drink woke me up to the harsh reality that I paid actual money for it. My taste buds are currently in witness protection.

   A small Starbucks on the upper mall of the French gate, quite a small area, but good selection of food and drinks. Staff calm and friendly even at busy times. Had to ask a team member to clean our table, which they were very happy to do. Great place to relax and grab a coffee and a cake after getting off the train.

   Coffee good ,as always, but clearly the seating at this shop needs attention, especially the soft furnishings at the front of the shop, it's filthy. Very off-putting. Pet hate at all coffee shops the tables are not cleared quickly. How do you expect return trade when tables are full of half eaten food and used coffee cups. Get a grip managers , no where to sit puts customers off

   Lovely staff, lovely food and nice atmosphere. Just wish it was laid out a little better as its hard to squeeze past other people who are sat down.
