   I am writing to provide glowing feedback regarding the consistently exceptional service at your branch. Every visit is a fantastic experience, thanks to a team that ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere without fail. The level of service, whether dining in or using the drive-thru, is consistently excellent. I would like to specifically commend Rachel Robertson, Charlene, and Toby. Their hard work and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction are what consistently elevate this branch. While these three individuals deserve special recognition, the entire team's professionalism and collective effort make every visit a pleasure, and their excellent work is truly appreciated. Rachel, in particular, demonstrates remarkable initiative and a dedication to the customer experience that goes far beyond her required duties. I was especially impressed when she personally purchased Christmas decorations out of her own pocket and spent her own time making the branch a magical environment on a gloomy day. This kind of selflessness and attention to detail truly sets her apart. I rate my experience 10/10 every time and wanted to ensure their outstanding efforts receive the management recognition they deserve.

   THANK YOU TO TOBY!!!! me and my partner come all the time to this Costa! He is so welcoming, friendly and considerate. He already knows what we want and he doesn't have a problem giving me some sugar. If this man isn't the face of this Costa already you need to make him! The rest of the staff have never been as welcoming and happy to serve the whole time I have been coming. he always makes us look forward to our two large caramel lattes ☺️

   Too busy talking and being ignorant to listen to what you want to order and the head piece doesn't help, unorganised, especially behind the counter too much milk everywhere. Prices are too high for what you get and the cakes are tasteless and made in a factory, no wonder nobody was in. Save your money and make your own at home

   Amazing! Ordered a flat white and large latte! Only waited 5 mins even though it was so busy! Emma served us very smiley and happy and makes the best flat whites! Definitely found our new coffee spot! :)

   Absolutely awful services as usual. Order at the speaker to be asked what do you want? Maple hazel latte please, we don’t have it! No sorry no nothing so change my order, wait 5+ minutes and move down to the window to be asked again what was your order? I had placed my order previously but the colleague hadn’t actually put it through the till? Explain my order and pay and she gets on with making the drinks 10/15 minutes have passed at this point and was only the 3rd car in line from arriving, the lady passed my large drink over, well I say large it was only 2/3 full so explain that’s not large could 100% fit it in a medium cup she proceeded to tell me it’s definitely large and doesn’t like my attitude?? Absolutely disgusting attitude from her but she eventually did boil more milk and fill my drink. Unwillingly continuing to tell me it was definitely a large , if it was I’m sure she wouldn’t of been able to top it up any more had it been correctly made. absolutely disgusting attitude from the staff who is apparently on her own!? Could see 3 staff members through the window and not the first time terrible experience hence my review.

   The range of coffee and lattes flavours are amazing anyone who loves Christmas I would recommend the gingerbread latte. Plus the service from the people working were pleasent and polite and knew what they were doing and the inside of the shop clean and a lovely atmosphere.

   Staff are really nice, probably the best costa around. Only issue is when using your own cup...check your beans!!! Should get 2 not 1...Get ripped off every time...
