   Yesterday, I bought two pairs of children's shoes from your store. Unfortunately, the shoes were handed to me without any box or protective covering. For comparison, when I recently purchased a pair of trainers from Sports Direct, they were provided in a sturdy hard-shell box, and the staff also offered a carrier bag. When I asked the shop assistant at the kids' section till for even a simple piece of paper to wrap the shoes, she replied that no such thing existed. I was quite surprised by this, as basic packaging or wrapping seems like a reasonable expectation when purchasing footwear, especially for children. Could you please look into improving this aspect of customer service?

   One of the worst branches I’ve been to. There were 5 members of staff on level 1 doing delivery. Whilst I waited to return and pay for an item, they all ignored me until I called them to serve me. This happened twice. Then the lady who served me, had a big chip on her shoulder. Absolutely zero customer service skills!! God forbid you have to serve a customer in a retail shop!!

   don't go there looking for Women's Work Wear. It has an entire top floor for good quality Men's clothes, but the women's wear is third rate compared to this. Most of the lower floor is taken up with kids clothes, and a few Women's casual/leisure clothes almost as an afterthought. Are women just Mummies in this area? Disappointing!

   Think twice before shopping there! I ordered cloths and had it delivered at the store, on two separate occasions they gave me someone else's order, first time round I returned it and left it. When it happened again for the second time, I spoke to the manager and his attitude was somewhat disappointing to say the least! He apologised but explained that these things happen and there is nothing they can do about it!! No reassurance that they will speak to staff to make sure this doesn’t happen again or extra measures to put in place…. Nothing from him! I was disappointed because I had to make a trip to NEXT just to return and this man’s face was like, ‘stop wasting my time’!! Management needs changing!!!
