   Love the brand - but why is this store so tightly packed? I mean it's difficult to walk around and browse. We eventually got so overwhelmed by the stock and product that we had to just get out of there and didn't buy anything. With all the allegedly financial difficulties 'Super-dry' is going through, maybe a store redesign is all they need to turn their fortunes around. Less really is more!

   I purchased a jacket I had a frustrating experience with Superdry. I returned a jacket, hoping to exchange it, only to learn exchanges aren’t allowed—just returns within 28 days. To make matters worse, they suggested washing the jacket, but it turns out the material isn’t suitable for washing. Overall, this made for a disappointing experience.

   The clothes are good, as always. However the staff here was quite rude and arrogant. They would much rather stand and talk to each other than try and help you. On a couple of occasions when I asked them about a few things in store (where do they keep hats and if they do shopping bags), they didn't lift a muscle to help. Instead their cold attitude and nearly condescending tone and looks made it very clear that I have disturbed their banter which was not welcome.

   I shop here on a regular basis, never had an issue with any of the staff. They seem very friendly and have been very helpful. The only reason for giving four stars would be for one of the security guards there (ginger beard) . Tried to enter the store 20 minutes before they were due to close and he refused us entry. The staff said it was fine so he reluctantly let us in. Overall he’s very miserable and rude which lets the store down.

   This was our first experience of shopping here and it was good. We were left to browse in the store and were offered help if we required it. We have to go back the next day, to exchange and refund items. This was done quickly and smoothly. In all two pleasant experience both times we went.

   One of my favourite clothing chains now located in Stratford City Mall. Excellent stock, friendly staff. Always ask about any sale items. There usually are some and, I often buy something even though I may not have planned to initially. It's on the ground floor and right next to an entry door. Easily accessible.

   Well, this ship absolutely amazing, lots and lots of all seasons outfit and a lot of accessories.. The only thing I found out a bit odd is luck of organising cloths,which contributes to hard in navigating around..
