Dear All (Blue Water branch), I and my Wife apologies for giving our review so late as we got married on 23 August 2024. To all staff and especially Peter thank you so much for everything you did for our wedding day. The service alone was amazing. You made effort in understanding all our needs as, me being the husband to be at the time, my son's suit and my Wife's vision for our special day. All staff at this establishment provide a quality service, but Peter thank you for truly and always being apart of our experience and history leading to us now being Husband and Wife, we can't thank you enough and we truly appreciate every single thing you did for us, if will never be forgotten. We would love to give 10 stars for the service but unfortunately the website only limits us to 5, so 5 stars it, high recommended : DJ
I’ve got this amazing jacket, trousers, shoes and bow tie from Santoro. Andrew with his 30+ years of experience tailored them perfectly for me and along with Peter and Steve, they have given me the best advice to complete the outfit. I highly recommend them for smart or smart/casual clothing for any occasion!

It was the first time I have purchased a 3 piece suit, and was unsure of my measurements. Peter the manager was absolutely class, helped with measurements and choosing the correct suit for me! Was able to recommend alterations to make the suit fit perfectly. Great bloke and a good laugh also. Went above and beyond! Thanks Peter
I can’t recommend the staff at Santoro enough. Their expertise and friendly manner are fantastic. Upon finding the suit I wished to wear for my wedding, Peter talked me through the alterations necessary to make it fit perfectly and arranged for it to be done by their tailor. I had to return once more for some additional alterations but very happy with the result. I have the suit I wanted and it fits as if it were made for me.
My boyfriend and I went in tonight and it was such an amazing experience. We had been looking for a suit for my boyfriend. The man that helped us was incredible. He pretty much picked the the entire look. We left with a 3 piece suit, shoes, shirt, tie and cufflinks. He was so helpful and he even gave my boyfriend some tips. When my boyfriend needs a suit again he will definitely be going back. The customer experience was incredible. I wish we had got the man's name
