   I had a mix of purchase and hired suits for my wedding at the start of November but left it fairly late (end of Summer) to start looking at suits. After looking at a number of shops I finally settled with Well Suited (Dartford) as they had the style of suits I was looking for. Dan, Max and the team were super accommodating and helpful and the finished suits after tailoring were brilliant. They managed to get it all sorted in only a few months, no other place could have done it! Thank you Well Suited!

   We heard about this shop from a friend who had used their services for his wedding. After tagging along to look around for my wedding I was impressed by the service and stock. Dan and his team are friendly, helpful and have great banter, making you feel comfortable when choosing the suit for your big day! The suits we hired were top quality and fitted to perfection for me and all my groomsmen. We had so many compliments on the day and couldn’t of asked for anything more. I will be recommending to all friends and family!

   The Best Suit Hire Around!!!!, I hired a suit for a friends wedding and couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Jacket and Waistcoat fit like a glove, the shoe prices were extremely reasonable at only £40 a pair. There was even a wide array of accessory items to compliment my look. Safe to say I’ll be using Well Suited again and again for the foreseeable future

   Poor suits & poor customer service! No attention to detail or thought for the customer would not recommend at all ! Was excited to get my suit only to get it home and notice white stains on the sleeve, threads hanging out everywhere, shirt collar didn’t fit (even though I have just purchased that size and worn 2 weeks before from Charles trywhitt) oh and the trousers where taken up way too short ! When complaining the response I got was “well u asked to take them up”. I also asked for them to be taken in and agreed to pay the difference which never happened. Oh and not to mention messing up the grooms suit too, nice !

   I would give 0 stars if I could. Called Well Suited and made an appointment to try a suit on. I say A suit because we specified the exact suit my partner wanted. The man on the phone confirmed all good, had the suit in store in the size we wanted. Travelled all the way to the shop for our appointment, to be told the suit has been moved to the other store, despite us requesting that suit for our appointment. We were told we can come back next week but there is no way we are giving our custom to this company. There was absolutely no apology or care in the world so will be going elsewhere. Thank you for completely wasting our time Well Suited.

   I went to Well Suited after being recommended by a friend. The guys and girl were fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave you honest (sometimes too honest!) advise, which was needed as I didn't have a clue about suits. Everyone complimented on the suits on the day and even the photographer knew that I had used Well Suited from the fit and quality. I would recommend these to anyone getting married in the future and will definitely be back when in need of another suit!

   Disappointed is an understatement. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! We hired 5 suits and bought 1 outright for our wedding two weeks ago. Each suit hired suit had 2 fittings apart from one who wasn’t able to get in due to work commitments. Upon arranging fittings 6 weeks before our wedding I was told by the owner that he would not accommodate us on a Saturday because ‘that was the day they done their most trade’ given we had already spent the best part of £1400 with them. I was shocked by this as they actually prioritised new walk-ins over current business. Two days before the wedding the five suits were collected, only for 3 of them to be incorrect sizes anyway, spoke with the guy on the phone three times in one day where he openly read out the sizes they had on the paperwork, said they were checked and double checked yet the complete wrong sizes were placed in the bags. Stressful, yet no apology at all, just asked us to come back in the day before the wedding to be refit. My wife had to run suits back in the day before the wedding to get sizes changed, the owner actually said to her ‘you aren’t the bride are you’ when claiming he wasn’t aware the suits were being changed after I’d spoken to him moments before on the phone. On the day of the wedding every single waist coat hired was falling apart, buttons fell off before the ceremony started, hanging on by a thread. Cheap was an understatement. We returned all hired suits the following day, emailed a complaint in and have not heard since. Ignoring the issue makes it worse. What I will say is the lady assistant in the shop is lovely and helpful, it’s a shame about the rest and the quality of their work. Seems once money was handed over we were put to the back of the queue, understand that others in the shop the day before our wedding felt the same.
