   I purchased a product from Chesunt Flannels and encountered an issue, which I reported to the store. The item was inspected, and their findings were shared, but no steps were taken to resolve the problem or offer a satisfactory solution. Customer service stated they understood my concern, yet no concrete solution was provided. The product did not meet my expectations, and I did not see an approach that addressed my disappointment. I expected the store to prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect this.

   Ordered item to pick up. On collection at till staff Rolling eyes at my comment. Making silly comments like you choose not to see your email about bring id. Just a very cold experience. Have purchased 3 times in this branch. Every time i go in just not a great experience. Will not be visiting again

   Awful experience awful staff…. Especially the men’s section. Majority of the staff our female who do not like to smile and are miserable to top it off they are so unhelpful and do not have a clue about men’s fashion. Also they priced up lot or the clothes wrong when you go to pay the price is different and lot more. Then the staff member obviously charges the higher price and looks at you like your fault if you question them. Will never go back

   The store management are atrocious. I spent multiple hundreds of pounds here on a couple of items only to be told that I cannot make a return for cash, only a store credit note. In my opinion that is completely unacceptable behaviour. Every single other department store offer a full money back guarantee. Do not shop here, take a stroll down Oxford street instead. The customer service will be better that way too

   Awful Discrimination !!!!!! I will sue them for Defamation of character, Embarrassment ,stress!!!! Don’t recommend this place at all. We spent yesterday the New Year in custody myself my brother and his wife because they accused us that we swapped a pair of jeans . When we had already paid £1000 bill I did ask to be searched (they couldn’t find anything of course ) I did ask to check the cameras before accusing us . So instead of checking the cameras first , the manager decided to call the police without talking to us firstly . Once we finished our shopping and made our way to the exit. They locked the door and police came to arrest us because the manager accused us theft . We have been released with no charges and no fault of course !!! They ruined our day and stressed us so much . I have never seen someone to be treated in that way and I can’t describe this unfairly behaviour towards us . Let alone that we have a record in custody now because of your company’s false accusation. The manager got obsessed with us , I assume because we don’t look rich enough to buy clothes from Flannels. Also our English is not good enough so that’s that’s another reason to discriminate us . I have instructed my Laywer to deal against the manager in the Cheshunt store and the company that employs staff with this attitude. We are also dealing to make it as published as possible To the newspapers , and Tv News !!

   Went today to buy a pair of shoes and it was a disaster…. The lady who supposte to help my out had not idea…(for her size 4 is bigger than 5). Been told they don’t had my size, when I ask to try the other one they get annoyed, rolling eyes and give my a dirty look. I decide to go for it anyway and went to the counter. I ask the guy on the checkout to have a look if was the right size to find out that right and left shoes was 2 different size and they actually had the one I requested. Will never return.

   Terrible experience I’ve asked at the counter to change all the clothes that I’ve picked up from around the shop to my size and instead they gave me a size triple the size of me as well as IT HAD DAMAGE ALREADY! When I’ve gone back to the store they refused a refund because it was already damaged when it was in a closed bag the whole time as well as NOT WORN ONCE! They’ve refused a refund and they said they would call me the next day for a second opinion from the upper management that never happened. I DO NOT recommend this designer shop if you do decide then please check the clothes thoroughly for any defects before walking out of the store because the staff DOES NOT CHECK for any damages on the clothes ONLY when trying to ether swap for a different size that I was trying to do or when trying to get a refund which is OUTRAGEOUS!!

   Do not buy anything from here I bought a pair of Alexandra mcqueens and they tore within a month.. terrible customer service went back to the store over 6/7 times to be told we’re still waiting for our customer service team to get back to us… then get an email not even a call to say it’s my fault the shoes are damaged. I’ve worn the shoes about 4/5 times Save your hard earned money and go to Selfridges or Harold’s it’s all the same price but massively tops wasting your money here and not being looked after or respected

   Worst Customer Service And Return Policy Ever. And Low Quality Higly Priced Branded Products. Almost No Customer Service Whatsoever. They Do Anything Not to Refund or Exchange a Faulty Product. And It Takes Ages To Get a Respond From Them. An Expensive Polo Cap/Hat's Colour Faded In A Week On Holiday. And They Give You Very Illogical and Childish Reason Not To Accept A Return. They Said It's Normal If You Wear it Under Sun. And What's the Point of Having a Hat/Cap Then If You Can't Wear It If There Is A Sun. Funny People.:) So You're Not Suppose Wear Their Products If There is a Sun, You Get Silly Reasons Like That. It's A Day Light Robbery. Stay Away, If You Don't Want Your Hard Earn Cash To Be Rob By This Company.
