No staff to be seen in shop floor, wanted to try pair of jeans on but no staff at the fitting room either, very bad business, I got fed up and left both jeans at the counter. You just lost another customer. I'll just buy online I suppose. Rated 0 star for this but no option available so selected 1 star
Visited Beckton H&M today and had a really terrible experience. Firstly, waited in queue for 16 minutes. The lady at the till was super slow in processing a return and I was next to be seen so times it exactly to find I waited 16 minutes. Eventually another assistant came to the other till, her name was Joyce. She had a stinking attitude. Took a pair of trousers to the till which had the wrong tag attached, I then decided I wasn’t going to purchase the trousers and politely said “sorry I won’t take it then”. She rudely called me a time waster and kissed her teeth. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS JOYCE. Grown women like you having stinking attitude. Fix it babe. It won’t take you far :)
Pathetic staff pathetic customer service this store should be shut down The staff member Joyce racially profiled and harassed and told my wife to put everything back together in its place and hangers after only she was checking some size of one particular item and had put the pants on the other side and wasn’t finished yet and this lady came and told her to organize everything back and it’s not that she threw it on the floor she just simply put one pants on the other hanger to look for sizes When she told her that she is looking for sizes and in a hurry as she was already on checkout counter and had come only to pick up 3rd item for buy 3 for 2 , the staff member Joyce said it’s your responsibility to put everything back together after you are done looking for sizes I mean what are the staff doing there if it’s customers job to do this and keep in mind this branch is mess like hell you can’t find a single thing it’s untidy and impossible to find anything until you put some stuff on the other hangers to make space
Staff are pretty clueless where things are and cannot really assist you. They’ll simply tell you to look around and if you find it you find it. There will be a queue of over 10 customers and there will be only one person on the till despite 5-6 floor staff walking around nearby chatting to each other and not helping reduce the queue or even doing work on the shopfloor.
Savannah who served me on the tills was amazing! She deserves to be the employee of the month as her customer service was great! She helped us navigate through the app and become a member which helped us save some money!
This store is a joke all year round, hardly any staff on shop floor, clothes are a mess etc. but TWO DAYS TO CHRISTMAS there was not a single staff member on the shop floor, absolutely ridiculous.
Couldn't find what I wanted. Clothes age groups were all mixed together. Made my head hurt tbh. But the staff are really nice n helpful
The clothes are very neutral and rarely well cut or long lasting. Second star because, however, at this particular H&M there is a good 'Bridge to No-Where' where fashion photography can amuse you while family members shop.
Located within Gallions Reach Shopping Park, as you'd expect from H&M, has a wide range of clothing for kids and adults, so no different from their other stores. One drawback, it was super warm inside, perhaps they could up the AC a little during hotter days of the year? Getting here via Docklands Light Railway (DLR) Gallions Reach or buses 101, 262, 366 and N551 to Gallions Reach Shopping Park (Stop R) or alternatively, you could drive or take a taxi service. Good.
